Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.

I replace my screen protector free of charge but did have to pay shipping, but that was a minor cost, the screen protector would have been $50 or more. I was happy to only pay shipping.

NO, if you let them know a replacement broke after a couple of day, they just ignore you.

Shipping NOT free for a replacement it's $9.95 which is a little high since protector comes in a plain package rubber banded to a piece of cardboard.

Yes. For as long as you own the device and have already purchased a Gadgetgaurd screen protector. Then registered your product, you will get replacements for just the cost of shipping!
