I was required to send the IMEI number from my phone with a broken screen. This was not possible because the screen was not usable. When I later had the screen fixed and was able to view the screen, they would refund my money.
The guard only lasted 2 weeks and when it broke my phone screen shattered as well.
I had used the old style guard for years and had no problems. I will not be using liquid screen again.

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
