I had misplaced the outer packaging of my Gadget Guard & didnt have my PIN number any longer. I contacted customer service, sent screen shots of my receipt and the customer service person got my product registered immediately so that I could replace my damaged product. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
