I would recommend gadget guard to anyone out there. Doing everything online was fast and easy. Shipping came much earlier than I anticipated.
My replacement arrived cracked horizontally across the middle of the screen. Then, after I emailed your company, I received a reply saying my name and order couldn't be found. I responded with a copy of my order confirmation. I have heard nothing since, (2 days later), and I have a cracked screen protector on my phone.

I am really impressed with how nicely it goes no and how it protects the screen. I am also very impressed with the company that replaces it when it gets broken.
It was a much easier process than I expected, but was bummed that they wouldn't let me put more than 1 item in my cart. We are a family that has 4 phones and I needed to replace 2 screens so waited to send in a replacement request until I needed both screens. But I discovered that you can't do this. They require you to do two transactions so you have to pay shipping twice.

Shipping is slow, even after I paid for priority shipping. Thankfully they refunded my the shipping cost, but it took a week to get the product even with priority shipping on the label.

Both my husband and I purchased Gadget guards with our new phones. My husband's popped off within 2 days. Even though we registered the products for the warranties, I think having to spend another $10 for shipping after having just spent $100 on 2 guards was not good business. I called my phone provider and did get a credit for a new one to purchase in store. Then a week later mine also popped off after my phone fell off a shelf a few inches from the floor. I realize having a curved screen gives more chances of this, but for $50 a pop it should have more adhesive.
What can I say... great product to protect your cell phone and warranty to keep it that way? This guard has protected my phone for a few years now and whenever the guard cracks, they send another one for only the price of shipping, $5.99

As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment.
