I received my replacement quickly and it was easy to install. Im very satisfied with this screen protector and would purchase again.

Totally protects the phone screen. It does not scratch or fog up. Ive cracked the Gadgetguard but never the phone screen. Recently dropped my phone about 8 feet onto rocks. Phone is A-OK!

I cracked my guard at a wedding and I'm so glad to be able to have it replaced for $5. Shipping took a week which was difficult only because some of us are used to Amazon prime instant gratification haha. Wonderful experience.

I use to not think about putting a protector screen on my cell phones until I broke my screen and couldn't afford to have it fixed. I bought a new phone and had a protector screen put on it and when I dropped the phone and the protector screen broke and not my phone I became a believer. GadgetGuard was super easy to work with and its so much easier to pay shipping charges of 10.00 instead of 50.00 or more.

I will replace it very soon at the att store in the mall so they are responsible for its installation which they have seemingly not done correctly the last 2 times. I'll let you know...

It already broke, by a minimal impact. If you run a quality business, you should send me free ones without paying shipping!

Its completely ridiculous that I have to pay 10 to replace my free lifetime replacement glass guarantee.

I got the new glass, there was a slight flaw in the bottom left corner. It was bent up a small about causing it not to seal correctly. I put in for another one to be sent out.

Excellent customer service-thanks! This is my 3rd iphone screen protector-BUT, phone is intact without a scratch! The black ice edition looks amazing on the phone and each time I've broken the screen protector, there has been no damage to the underlying screen. Gadgetguard is extremely quick with sending me a replacement screen protector and it was easy to request. Now I need to get one for my ipad!

I let my husband put the cover on and he left all kinds of bubbles in it. My OCD has me going nuts over this one. I am always breaking these things so it won't be long before I have to change it again. Wouldn't it be nice to make something that doesn't shatter! Especially for this price.
