Nice to have a company that stands behind their product. There are quite a few places that have "jumped ship" when it comes to replacing their "life time" warranties.

Not only does this product not keep it's promises, but the glue damages other areas of your phone. Minor issues are Constant Fingerprints, just shocking and touch sensitivity issues. I wanted my money back $50 and because I bought it at US Cellular, I can only get another liquid Guard, like I really want to do that. There is also a tendency to rip the face off your iPhone. I am sorry it was ever put on and I never had a chance to say otherwise.

I have replaced my screen protector 3 or 4 times already and it hasn't been a year yet I understand that it crack when I drop my phone the first time but this time I don't even drop it or remember hit it with anything I was just on my bed playing game then I saw a crack appeared. It nice that you can get another one for free with $10 shipping but if it cracks this easily then it's not worth the price and this is the first time in years that I have to replace this many screen protector

My Gadget Guard screen protector has been a wonderful investment. I have a nice phone case and I take good care of my phone but inevitably over time my phone gets dropped and the screen protector cracks. But my phone itself has never cracked and I'm able to contact Gadget Guard for a replacement and I only have to pay for shipping! If you were sold on the free warranty replacement it is not free. Goes into your cart at $0.00 then $12.95 is added to ship something that would cost $.70 to mail. You cannot pickup a replacement at the store you initially purchased it from as they like to force you into paying "shipping".

Gadget Guard is a great company and I love their screen protectors. I have used them for 5 years now and have been saved multiple times from a broken screen. Before them, I had replaced three iPhone screens.
When I bought the new iPhone XS MAX, I had to get a new screen protector. I upgraded to the second to the top. It was my fault, but I didn't put the screen protector on correctly. Reaching out to customer service, I let them know my situation and asked if they wouldn't mind taking one for the team and sending me a new one without me paying for shipping and they obliged. I was stoked. When the new one arrived in the mail, it was not the rounded corners as I had previously purchased. I'm not giving them a bad review, because their product works and they did seem to try and make it right. However; I'm not even using the screen that was sent, I'd rather pay for shipping and get the much more upgraded version than one of original models that have sharper edges. It is what it is. Could have been much worse in the long run... Trying to keep thinking optimistically.

I can be pretty rough on my phone, always dropping it. The Gadgetguard has saved my phone screen. This is second one I have ordered in a year.

Registering a screen protector with Gadget Guard is necessary for those that are hard on their mobile devices. It is especially useful for young people that don't realize the full value of taking care of their devices yet. Gadget Guard has saved our phones more than once for each phone! It really is guarding our gadgets!

The content and packaging were perfect, the only concern is about the shipping fees. Even I got the replacement for free but I paid C$ 11 to be delivered.

Because I registered my product as soon as I purchased the product, when the glass broke I was able to ask for Gadget Guard to honor their warranty and they came through like champs.

I love gadget guard screen protectors, I've been buying them since the S6. However this time I ordered thus new protector and it looks different so after watching the how to install video I realized my package didn't include the correct adapter for proper installation. I am currently waiting on a response from gadget guard on how to resolve this before I mess up affixing a 60 dollar screen protector. Hopefully they can send me the proper installation tools.

Screen protector broke in less then 3 days, then they charge you $9.99 to replace their product. They just rip you off on the replacement part cost. They should cover shipping after what they charge for their product

Couldn't find this in store but had one before worked well! Arrived smashed but they sent a new one right away thank you!

The replacement program is great, but the screen protector doesn't sit right on the phone. Air bubble doesn't go away on the side.

These protect my phone and anytime they get cracked, I just pay the shipping and get a new one. I will use these FOREVER!

I have an iPhone 8 and apparently the screen has rounded edges. When
The person at the Verizon store put on my replacement screen protector he told me I needed to keep pushing down on the gadget guard at the very edges so it would seal better and I have kept trying that it doesn't seem to be sticking down and he said that dust can get in there so I'm not sure what the fix is if any for this problem but other than that I'm really glad it protected my phone. Thank you.

The process to get a screen protector replacement from Gadgetguard was simple and easy. Have had to request replacements from other companies and it was much more of an ordeal. I appreciated the simplicity and how quickly it arrived. I was not as impressed with the installation process.
The sticky tabs didn't hold the protector long enough for me to get it lined up properly. Otherwise very happy. Thanks!
