My screen protector is always cracked. Never had one yet that didnt crack right away. Too much of a hassle and cost to get it replaced every other day.

I like that it protects my S9+, but my 3rd guard? The 1st one, I understand cause I did drop the phone but the last 2 times, I don't know why I'm getting hairline breaks which spiders.
I had a Black Ice screen protector which began to separate all across the top & was slowly moving down the screen. I took the item to my local AT&T where it was purchased & was informed that I would have to contact Gadgetguard. I tried to contact Gadgetguard & could only find a website which wanted me to contact them over the internet & upload a photo. Neither I, nor my wife could figure out how to upload the photo into the claim form. I had to make a second trip to AT&T & luckily got a nice rep who uploaded the photo & got me through the claim process. I received a new screen cover via mail quickly, took it to the store & had it installed. YOU NEED A TELEPHONE NUMBER ON YOUR WEBSITE. THIS DOES, AFTER ALL, CONCERN A PHONE. I HAVE A PHONE AND WANT TO KNOW WHY GADGETGUARD EXPECTS TO DO BUSINESS WITHOUT A TELEPHONE. I AM NOT UPLOADING A PHOTO BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO UPLOAD A PHOTO. YOU HAVE ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND YOU CAN SUPPLY YOUR OWN PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Product was ok. I bought it at the At&t store for 40bucks and was assured that it wouldn't crack but it did. Had to replace it... shipping was too expensive.
This type of gadget guard for the Samsung 7 Edge does not fit as well as the onew did for the Samsung 6. Glad I've got it lbut not as happy as the guard for previous phones.
Now that I put the new Samsung Galaxy S9+ Curved Tempered Glass Screen Protector on I can't swipe etc. as easily. So, I just took it off and I can swipe just fine.
The cleaning kit I ordered was received quickly. I ordered this product to clean my keyboard and screen on my MacBook Air on the recommendation of the customer service rep at our Simply Mac store.
Placed an order and tried to put in promo codes, they didn't work so I emailed customer service and they added one for me!
This was the best money I've spent! Gadget guard fulfills their promises of reimbursing customers for cracked screens and sending replacement covers. I recommend GG to everyone!
Delivery is always very quick but I was disappointed that shipping increased $2 recently to $7.99. Seems like a lot for a screen protector...
My only problem is that the protective shields do not last very long. I'm lucky to get two months out of a shield before it starts to crack.

Answer: Yes. I just replaced mine, for free and free shipping too. The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
