I had purchased a new galaxy s9 along with a screen Protector with it. I had the AT@T store put the screen protector on, and off I went. About 2 Days later the screen protector ended up cracking on the curved edge. I figured that it could have been installed wrong at the store, so I was not upset. So I went online and registered for the warranty and the shipping cost around 9$. I was a little irritated because I had just purchased the protector, but stuff happens and it is what it is. The new screen protector came in the mail, and I installed it the instructions are very clean cut (even had a video). So once the new protector was installed I had no issues until about 2 weeks later there was another crack on the curved edge again. I did not end up claiming warranty right away instead I ended up waiting a month or so, until the crack turned into multiple cracks. So once again I went and ordered another 9$ or so shipping cost for the warranty. I am on the third protector now, and so far it is lasting but hasn't been long enough to see. Just a little frustrated I know shipping isnt free, but If the issue keep reoccurring 9$ adds up.
I have had to replace this at least 4 times in the last 9 months. That alone covers the cost of a brand new one, due to shipping and handling. WASTE OF MONEY!
Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Tempered Glass Screen Protector and received a Motorola noto z force Tempered Glass Screen Protector which does not fit the device. Requesting for Gadget Guard to resend the correct product.

When putting on the newly received guard using the installation guide, I lifted the guard but it cracked all up. Now I have chards of glass against my face.
I had a difficult time installing g my new gadget guard. I couldn't get all the bubbles out. I took it off a couple of times to start over but there are still bubbles under my gadget guard.

The replacement arrived broken so I reached out to Gadget Guard and they sent ANOTHER replacement for the replacement completely for free with zero hassle. As long as you register your original purchased protector screen within the time frame allotted they will replace them for free. Definitely worth the initial investment. Their customer service has been really helpful and quick in my personal experience. I will continue to do business with them.
