Enjoying the whole experience shopping on line after looking and coming back to your web site. Was a very easy experience placing the order and enjoyed the reviews not on the item ordered but other items I looked at. Will definitely use this site again.
I placed an order for an item that was indicated as available, but after a week the order status is still: "Being Processed". I tried to contact the customer service by phone *******077) and by mail (*******@FurnitureDazzle.com) several times, but no one pick up the phone and of course no answers to the message left on the voicemail or sent by e-mail.
If you don't trust me, try to call the customer service before placing an order.
Stay away from this website, it is a scam!
"I ordered a home theater cabinet through this site, after shopping around. I decided to order from this company after reading the many positive reviews. I had no issues with the ordering or delivery process. Very happy with my purchase and will be ordering through this site again.

I placed my order, received and email and nothing else occurred. I contacted them via telephone and email. Von one ever answers the telephone number listed above. Finally I received a response and I requested the tracking information. To date I have received no tracking info nor a response.
I have contacted my bank as this appears to be deception on many levels.
Please stay away from this company.

Love my tables!
Tables arrived quickly and well packed. Was slightly intimidated by the assembly instructions, but followed along step by step and had no problem assembling by myself with just a Philips screwdriver and hammer. Tables are sturdy and attractive! Would definitely order again.

Great Shopping ExperienceI had a great experience using FurnitureDazzle. When placing my order, I forgot to enter a coupon code that would have provided me a discount on my purchase. I used Furniture dazzle's online chat service a day or two after placing my order, and the company representative was able to apply the discount at that time, which I really appreciated. The rug I purchased arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my FurnitureDazzle experience so far, and will use them again.
Their customer service number is fake. They don't answer the phone or answer emails. I paid for an item and a week after it was supposed to be shipped they emailed me and told me they had some kind of error and they won't be shipping my order for another 6 weeks. I requested for the order to be cancelled and they stopped emailing back. They are HORRIBLE! Don't be fooled by the cheap price. Believe all the bad reviews you see! I wish I had!
Great company to do business with. The desk I ordered was exactly as promoted on the website. It came within days of placing my order. Further, I mistakenly ordered the desk twice and had no problem returning it. Customer Service was TERRIFIC!

The delivery was on time. The contents were very well wrapped so everything arrived in great condition. The kitchen island was assembled in about two hours. Lots of parts - but the finished product was worth the effort. We are very satisfied.

Awesome Experience! We were very happy with our experience with FurnitureDazzle. We purchased a Sauder Chest & nightstand. The quality was good and the price was excellent (loved the free shipping). Just need to set 6 - 8 hours aside to assemble (important to follow directions so drawers glide smoothly; furniture is level). We are in the process of making another purchase.
