I ordered a chair on 12/21/15 and the money has been taken from my bank account but no chair has been delivered. I have been calling and emailing several times and only when I told them that I contacted my bank to open a case did I finally get a call back. A person named Ray with a very strong accent called me to say it had shipped but he couldn't locate the tracking number and would check into it. Jan 1st and still haven't heard a peep from this company. I really think I have been scammed! They have till Jan 5th to correct this or the bank moves forward with a claim against them.
