I ordered a chair on 12/21/15 and the money has been taken from my bank account but no chair has been delivered. I have been calling and emailing several times and only when I told them that I contacted my bank to open a case did I finally get a call back. A person named Ray with a very strong accent called me to say it had shipped but he couldn't locate the tracking number and would check into it. Jan 1st and still haven't heard a peep from this company. I really think I have been scammed! They have till Jan 5th to correct this or the bank moves forward with a claim against them.

Answer:
I live in an online order world where 99% of my vendors receive an order and ship as agreed. These folks don't operate this way. If you search other options for the products you want to order you should really consider them over furniture dazzle. I cancelled my order, placed it with a verified e. Vendor, paid $5 more and received it in 2 days. I personally will not use them again nor let my friends order from them.
