We are very pleased with our furniture that we purchased. It's absolutely beautiful. There really is no comparison.We plan on buying more. In fact, we have already picked out what we are buying (bedroom furniture).

I'm confident now that I have been scammed! After reading the other reviews it looks like there is a pattern here. This is a pretend site that is designed to act and look like they sell furniture, but after they take your credit card info and send you a fake confirmation, the furniture never arrives nor can you get a real person when you email or call about the missing order.
DO NOT place an order with this fake company! I'm filing a complaint with PayPal, the BBB and the fraud department of my credit card company.

I ordered a tulip table with wood veneer top. It showed up 10 days after I ordered it. My husband and I were very impressed with the packing of the table. Came in separate packages. The base of the table was in a thick box filled with styrofoam blacks surrounded by a wooden crate, then wrapped profusely with bubble wrap, and finished with 5-6 layers of plastic wrap. The table top was surrounded with foam paper, under a surround of styrofoam blocks, placed in a cardboard box that was surrounded by multiple layers of bubble wrap and plastic wrap.
The table is of nice quality, especially for the price. I would definitely shop with again.

My overall experience was very good but my order is on back order so I have not received the product yet. I was informed about the back order and asked if i wished to change or cancel my order. They have been up front and prompt answering my questions.

My experience with Furniture Dazzle was great. Received our StudioTech U-22T in less than a week. It is beautiful and extremely functional. My husband was very impressed with how well it was packed for shipping. Everything came double boxed with styrofoam all around.The instructions were simple to follow and, all the hardware was packed separately and well-labeled. Fantastic!
Seems I'm having the same bad experience with my order. Ordered nightstands on Dec 31st, received an order confirmation, but no shipping details. I followed up with them via online since they never answer the phone and received an email a week later saying they didn't have the product & will order more but again no shipping information. I emailed them back to cancel my order since I was purchasing them somewhere else. No response. I called them everyday, no one picks up the phone. So much to my surprise 13 days later, they charged my card and guess what - no product shipped! I can't get any response to my email or voice mails. No shipping information was emailed. This is a scam. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. N E V E R again.

"Best Company Ever"I have furnished my basement and a whole house with purchases from FurnitureDazzle, and must say I have never experienced better customer service. I couple of items have been damaged during delivery, and there were no questions asked besides sending a replacement, refund my money, and schedule a delivery for the damaged package.

I first ordered 2 leather chairs with furniture dazzle because they were the cheapest for the chairs I was looking for. My initial transaction was a bit frustrating since I ordered the chairs and nothing happened for 2 weeks. I tried to call and left messages but nothing happened until the day I emailed them and a gentleman started to own the issue and helped me out tremendously. They made it right and after a few weeks I gotmy beautiful chairs. The company is legitimate and although they may take longer than other companies to ship their products the purchase was worth it.

Absolute pleasure ordering from this company, I purchased a item from them and I unfortunately had to send it back, they quickly processed my return and replied very quickly to my emails, hard to find a company like that nowadays.
