I ordered a platform bed from this company and it took about a month to arrive which was fine before i was saving it for a christmas gift. So it arrives around Nov 22nd - Christmas is on the 25th and on the 27th or 28th the bed crashes to the ground. I contact the company on the 29th. It is now Feb 11th and I still have no bed. The problem with the bed is a bolt inside of the headboard where the legs screw into has dislodged. I had my maintenance person look at the headboard and it would have to be taken a part to repair so then I would have to reupholster the headboard. Also when the bed came down it damaged the actually frame of the bed and the metal frame and literally broken and not fixable. I have made several attempts to contact the company and they will not answer the phone (which they should just get rid of since they don't answer or return the voicemails). The only way to talk to them is by email which is very vague with we are still looking into it. By email, I have asked them multiple times to call me and till this day have not given me the courtesy of a call. Finally they offered a $50 credit to fix the bed however the bed is not repairable. I am stuck paying $570 for a bed that is not repairable. I shopped online for a month trying to find the best bed for the best price and am so disappointed that i will end up spending double the money now. I have learned that if you are purchasing online you really need to spend the extra amount and use a reputable company. I know if this way wayfair or something like that I would never have this issue.
Furnituredazzle.com IS a SCAM! Will take your money and not ship items or refund you. This site is also running as homebacca.com, zulob.com, zuyob.com, furniturehomedelivery.com. The owner goes by Elijah M Gichuhi Please google his name. If you have been scammed report this to FBI to stop this chain of fraudulent furniture websites please see the following link http://www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/fraud/internet_fraud. Also report the websites to the better business bureau. I lost over 1,000 dollars and was told it would be refunded.

I ordered a small loveseat couch that I have been having my eye on the internet on

Told me it was back ordered due to the amount of people wanting this loveseat (after
Contacting them a few times). I said that was fine. It took about 2 weeks to finally
Get the item, with myself calling their said hotline telephone number with no one
Answering and leaving multiple voicemails. I finally got an email from a man named
Josh informing me my package was to be delivered. I travel often and neurotically
Told him I had to know exactly when my item was to be delivered or else I would
Not get it (I live alone). He completely disregarded my statement and went ahead to
Place the order. I told him multiple times that I had to schedule a day with him. At
This point I was a bit perturbed.
I then had to hunt down the delivery service (I thought it was fake at first) by myself
To contact them and tell them that my order had to be rescheduled. I before calling
The delivery service CALLED furniture dazzle MULTIPLE times trying to talk to some
Form of customer service. I called them so many times by now never to have had one
Person answer the phone. I left so many voicemails, I cannot remember.
This whole time Josh never emailed me until the last minute after I scrounged and
Contacted the delivery service myself. I was not impressed at this point and had only
Ever been in contact with a man named Josh who for some reason could not call me
At any point, though I had left my telephone number telling him to call me.
I then had my item delivered. The man who delivered my couch was a disgruntled
Unforgiving man. The box was indented. I stood there outside my tiny apartment in
Brooklyn eagerly to finally be receiving my item that I had been waiting for about 4+
Weeks by now. The man told me he was just dropping off. I was confused as I have
Always had a complete delivery and that I could not possibly carry a couch up one
Flight of stairs by myself. He asked me how much I would pay for him to carry it. I
Was caught off guard. I had about 20.00 in my pocket. He scoffed at me. I eventually
Was so upset and insulted by this rude man, that I told him he was being rude. He
Then was for some reason profoundly insulted and started yelling at me and was
Extremely argumentative and defensive. I was literally forced to cancel the delivery.
He was about to just drop it on the concrete and I told him to call his company. It
Was returned. I was in tears.
I then was so upset and disappointed with my service over all I just wanted to cancel
This order. I called furniture dazzle. Again to my surprise no one answered. Josh
Then had the audacity to tell me I had to then pay an EXTRA fee for white glove
Service (remember the only reason I ordered this was because of the cheapest
Version I could find online at the time). It was either that or pay a fee for the delivery
Charge. I was forced to pay more money either way. I told him I felt it was out of my
Hand and that I had been treated so poorly not only by the delivery man but Josh
And furniture dazzle himself, that at this point I had thought it to be completely
Unfair for me to pay any additional charge. Josh ignored all of my emails and
Complaints. I called furniture dazzle to leave yet another slew of voicemails. He
Finally emailed me almost threatening me to make my extra payment decision or
Else the company had to return the item within 1-2days and I would be forced to
Pay a fee... I emailed him right away. He didn't respond. I told him I was going to
Contact the Better Business Bureau. Nothing. I just emailed him again telling him he has not emailed me at all and by now the product has probably been shipped back and felt I was not liable to pay for the item, especially due to the lack of communication and customer service I had had. I even tried calling the service again with low and behold no luck.
I am fuming. He still has not emailed me back. I again asked him why could he not
Call me? And if not him, why not a manager/owner? I feel deeply neglected and
Utterly unsatisfied with a tinge of insulted. I have been forced to contact the Better Business Burea and possibly my lawyer. I had to also talk to my credit card service as I have been billed completely and was never given my product. This was horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I REPEAT. DO. Not. Order. From. Here!
It is the worst site. It might be a fake site. I am not sure. All I can say s that they are awful. Horrible service (no one has EVER answered the phone) and HORRIBLE delivery. DO NOT ORDER.
The review above me is a fake. I did my research before purchasing a bed from furnituredazzle, and for some reason could hardly find any documentation on them, or even proof that they are a real company. Turns out that furnituredazzle is the same as "furnitureHomeDelivery", which I could find, and has terrible reviews. Initally I thought this site was a scam all together after purchasing, but I DID in fact receive my order, so it is not a total scam for anyone who is skeptical. They used a different name b/c their actual company name has such terrible reviews. Here is my personal experience:
I ordered a bed at furniture dazzle. The site claimed it shipped w/in 3-5 days (not the case, finally received the bed one month later)
I specifically chose this site for evening delivery, the same bed was available off Amazon and other reputable sites, but I would have to be home and present during the day to accept the delivery, so I went with this option.
Come to find out when the bed finally made it to my local distributor, they only did 9-5 delivery, I notified furniture dazzle but no one EVER and I mean ever picks up their 1800 number (another reason I thought it was all a scam) We went back and forth through email about how they were trying to switch it. I contacted the local distributor who told me they never received a call or note about any evening delivery. HUGE hassle, I ended up having to take the day off work, wait for it, and all they said they would do is give me a $40 discount for the error. Obviously a PTO day at work to me is worth more than $40 for my time taken off.
Overall this company is OK, if you are not in a huge rush, and don't appreciate or need tracking info and updates on your product. I was expecting this bed weeks ago for a guest to visit me, and it was not in time, nor did they provide me with any shipping info for 2 weeks after the initial order.
I advise to pay a little bit extra, order from a reputable site, like Amazon/ overstock, and plan to take the day off to wait for delivery or have someone home. This site is misleading in the services they claim they provide, and once they have your money and order, good luck getting a rep on the phone or a tracking link for weeks upon purchase.
