FurnitureDazzle had a nice selection of merchandise, and it was the only place that I could find the color throw that I was looking for. The ordering process was easy, and the merchandise came quickly. This was about my 3rd time ordering from FurnitureDazzle, and I have been pleased with everything that I have purchased.
Terrible. Do not waste your time, effort and blown expectations on this site. I ordered something very minor, a bench. They contacted me one week after sending me an email that my order was processed and shipped. Hat did they say?
They said:
"Thank you for the recent order. Sorry for the short delay in updating about this order. We were following up with our warehouse and shipping department as this order has been marked as processed and shipped 1 week ago
Unfortunately, our warehouse experienced a system processing error that was never caught on time causing the shipment to postponed by a few weeks. Please accept our sincere apology.
We strive to ensure that all orders are successfully filled and delivered to the satisfaction of our customers and we truly regret when these unexpected occurrences happen.
We've issued a refund. If you prefer, we can alert you on their arrival

And what is a system processing error anyway? How about, "we have no quality control and we continually false advertise our products".
I ordered an ottoman which was specifically advertised as "In stock". After waiting over a week for the item to be shipped and frequently checking the order status (always pending/not yet shipped) I tried many times to call the company. NO ONE ANSWERS their customer service number and it took 3 emails to get an email response.
The response said:
"Thank you for the recent order. Sorry for the short delay in updating about this order. We've just been alerted by our supplier this item was accidentally shipped a wrong address in WI. Our team has tried to locate the item with no success. Unfortunately, this was the only unit left. Please accept our sincerely apologize. We strive to ensure that all orders are successfully filled and delivered to the satisfaction of our customers and we truly regret when these unexpected occurrences happen. We've issued a refund. If you prefer, we can alert you when we have more units in stock. Please let us know."
LIES:
1. The credit card was never charged. I doubt they ship furniture without charging you.
2. The status never said shipped, despite me checking often.
3. Obviously "In stock" was not true. Ok- then just say so. Don't lie to me.
4. Cover this up with the stupidest lie I've ever heard.
5. NO answer, no return call from the customer service number.
6.3 emails to get a response.
I would never recommend ordering from this company. Stay away!
Good price and fast shipping. Item was delivered as described. Cabinet came in 2 boxes and overall I am satisfied with the results. Would do business with again.

Ordered a bean bag chair on 12/14 for my little girl that was supposed to be from Santa. Item description advertised as "in stock" and when viewing item it also showed to be "in stock". Website says in stock items usually arrive in 3-5 days. So a week later and nothing from furniture dazzle I check my order status and it showed "being processed". I call their number 5 times and get the same answering machine every time, and I left them 3 messages and sent them an email too. Finally, 8 days after my order and after all my calls and my email, they send me an email saying it is not in stock. I then went onto to their site, looked at the item and they still have it showing as in stock. Only reason I ordered from furniture dazzle was because they had a better price, but that was an awful mistake. I immediately ordered the item from a reputable seller, but even with $60 next day air it would not arrive until after Christmas. So I get to try and explain to my little one why Santa's big gift didn't arrive until after Christmas. Wish I would have seen some of these other reviews posted before I ordered.

I am going to make an educated guess that they don't actually stock a dog gone thing. They accept orders and then see if they can get the products. When they cannot they blame it on a system error.
Seeing as this was an order for a Christmas gift, I am very unhappy that their dishonest method of business cost me an entire week. I have found the same product at a VERIFED online business that does huge volumes every day for only $30 more and free shipping as well. However, with the delay they caused me, the product is estimated to arrive Dec 22. That is cutting it a little close for my liking.
I will never place another order with them e-v-e-r.
Incredible shipping speed and service. The item arrived in less than 48 hours after ordering it. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and definitely would shop at Furniture Dazzle Again.
I won't give them even a star. I placed an order for a TV Console because the price looked good and was showing available on stock on FunitureDazzle.com website. It advertised for fast and free shipment that's why I placed an order. My credit card got charged but there was no notification of the shipment. I anxiously waited for no updates. I tried to write to call their customer service but no-one picks up. No email replies. Finally, I got an email saying my order has been canceled because they don't have a stock for it. WHT? I've waited for more than a week to get that item.
Suggession to seller: if you don't have item, don't bragg on website saying on Stock and Fast and Free shipment. And Plz answer calls from your Customer. Customer Service sucks!

I ORDERS A TV STAND WHICH THEY PROMPTLY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR HOWEVER ALMOST A MONTH LATER I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEM AND WILL PRETTY MUCH HAVE TO CALL IT A LOSS. ATTEMPTED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CALL, LEFT MESSAGES, AND EMAILS AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK! THE SITE IS A SCAM! 300$ DOWN THE DRAIN!
UPDATE: AFTER FILING A CLAIM WITH THE BBR THEY FINALLY RESPONDED TO MY MANY EMAILS AND STATED THEY NEVER HAD THE ITEM AND WOULD ISSUE ME A REFUND... THREE DAYS LATER I GOT MY MONEY BACK... NEVER AGAIN!
Good prices and very fast (and free) shipping are really all I can say. I had no issues with the order and didn't need to deal with Customer Service. Everything went smoothly and I am very satisfied.

My husband and I purchased a dining set from Furniture Dazzle10 days before a family reunion. It was delivered in about 8 days and on time. My son and husband assembled it all in about an hour and we had it set up with plenty of time before family arrived. Furniture Dazzle is Great! We just moved into a new house and wanted a wall unit for our new 70" TV! We could not find many choices locally in wall units that were large enough to hold a TV that big, A/V components, Blu- Rays, CD's, & some collectibles too. I found Furniture Dazzle online and called them - Josh helped us choose the perfect wall unit from Legends Furniture. He gave us a great price and shipped it out, it arrived at the new house right on time! We set it up ourselves fairly easily and it turned out to be absolutely perfect! The color and dimensions are exactly what we wanted. Paul and his staff did a great job and now we are ordering a new dining set from them too!

Answer: I live in an online order world where 99% of my vendors receive an order and ship as agreed. These folks don't operate this way. If you search other options for the products you want to order you should really consider them over furniture dazzle. I cancelled my order, placed it with a verified e. Vendor, paid $5 more and received it in 2 days. I personally will not use them again nor let my friends order from them.
