We ordered a sectional and chair from Furniture Dazzle. Their prices were significantly lower than competitors on the exact same brand and line. The delivery was White Glove which was completely worth it. They came in, put everything together and took the trash with them. We were so happy we ordered our patio furniture from them as well. It was again the best price we had seen and were extremely happy with delivery on those items as well. I would highly suggest this site!

This website is a fake. I purchased something on March 1, paid in full and have still not received it almost 2 months later. I've tried dozens of times to call and email but receive no response. You also can't get through to anyone from their phone number- always goes to voicemail no matter which option you choose. TRUST ME- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

Great products. Excellent quality. Great customer service. Shipping and delivery quick. Packaged so carefully. Design of Zuo Vex Chrome/Glass TV stand is timeless. Museum of Modern Art look. Amazing price too. Easy to put together- very ingenious construction. Michael was so friendly to talk to. I'm so glad I found Furniture Dazzle. Good to know a reliable online merchant with awesome product lines. I recommend Furniture Dazzle.

You can't even find its address on the website, no one answers the phone, no response to my emails. Ordered a $500 item on March 21, got an instant "order confirmation" and my card was charged on March 25. It's now April 16 and I still don't have any response from the company. Will follow others advise to report this business as a scammer.
Since the company operates out of spotify.com, I was able to contact a support person there and report them.
Addition: Filed complaint with BBB which resulted in a response from furnituredazzle. Item was shipped about a week later, took 10 days to arrive but I finally got it on May 3.

It's a scam!

I should have read the reviews first. The company does not answer their phones nor emails. I have phoned paypal (fraud department) and amex. Learned my lesson to only purchase from reputable companies and don't always for for the least expensive!

I am really enjoying the sectional sofa I received from Furniture Dazzle. There were some issues with delays of the product, but I did receive some helpful customer service from Mike and overall am happy with the vendor.

I honestly don't know about the site. I DID RECEIVE A REFUND for the bunk bed I never got. It took months but I emailed them an unfriendly straight forward email and then I checked the status of my order # [which I did receive by email], and it said it was cancelled on the 25th of March. I hadn't cancelled it myself but I did check my card right away and it was on there. Now I don't know if it was 'cause of my email or if I just had bad timing. But I did get my $ back. Really can't say, but there's a chance that they just don't have the skills to run an expert business. Some people struggle, some businesses struggle..

I ordered a bench and did not get a shipment confirmation until two weeks after ordering. I called several times to check the status of my order and even sent an email... No response. Reading a few negative reviews had me on pins & needles. But in short, I did receive my package, assembled and packed very well. Patience is a virtue when it comes to this company but I will definitely do business with them again. I'm looking at my bench right now and I'm So Happy!

I bought a bar stool chair online from these guys because I liked a particular chair that showed to be out of stock through other vendors. Their website claimed that it is in stock and it was a competitive price, so I thought let's give it a try. After receiving an initial confirmation email, I waited for seven days to hear back, and they informed me that the chair is not in stock, so I'd need to wait extra ten days. Long story short, I ended up having to buy a second chair as they learned that they can't ship me only one. I got a generous discount for the second chair, but all together, it took 6 weeks to receive the shipment.
The chairs are beautiful, but their customer service is something that I never want to experience again. I will not shop with them again.

My experience with Furniture Dazzle was Wonderful from start to finish! They delivered my stuff within three business days after I made a purchase on the internet, just as they said on their website. They have earned my favor and trust. I have now ordered more stuff from them. I am extremely pleased. I will recommend them to anyone with enthusiasm! I wish every company was this efficient!

Amazing Fast Delivery! Had a good price, free shipping, and fast delivery. Item was very well packed and arrived undamaged. This is my forth order from FurnitureDazzle and I've always been satisfied. On one occasion, an item was damaged in shipping. One phone call to FurnitureDazzle took care of the problem.

I wasn't really sure what to expect when ordering from furnituredazzle. The reviews on here are absolutely awful. Furnituredazzle, like many online furniture stores, seem to be a middleman for larger companies who actually produce the furniture. I ordered a king size headboard at about half the cost of what I expected to pay in a retail store. The website isn't terribly clear on where the order is throughout the entire process, but I emailed the company and got a prompt response explaining when I could expect my delivery. It was a little slow coming through FedEx Home Delivery, but arrived within two weeks. I would definitely recommend ordering through them if you want to save a little money and are not in a huge rush for the product.

Ordered two office chairs weeks ago, received a confirmation email. No shipping info. Two weeks later after numerous calls and emails, received an email saying chairs would be delivered within a week but no tracking info attached. Two weeks later still waiting to hear back from anyone working at the company. STAY AWAY. This site is a scam.

Amazing Experience!

Shipped on Time. The wicker room dividers we received were exactly what we needed. They were in excellent condition and looked beautiful. I was amazed that they arrived in two days. I hope our firehouse will be able to use them for years to come for all of its special events.

Beautiful items and reasonable prices
I have bought many things now from FurnitureDazzle.com in the last two months, since I discovered the site. Everything has been delivered as promised, I have only had to return one thing which was not problematic and the one query I had was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall I would highly recommend them and have been telling friends and family about them.

I purchased a sideboard for my dining from Furniture Dazzle.com and unfortunately it had a small scratch on the top which could not have been foreseen Or noticed until unpacked. The customer service consultant Sarah responded to my email immediately and arranged for the issue to be resolved to my complete satisfaction. I agree with the Kristina S. On the review. I ordered some bar-stools a week ago but never have been updated about the status of my order. As a result, called their customer service toll free number but no actual person took the call and I had to leave a message. They haven't got back to me yet since I called so they left me with frustrations. I also thought the website is a scam until when I read Kristina's review.
I will never order again from the FurnitureDazzle in the future. I hope I receive my order regardless of the delay!

I was looking at a particular TV stand which was widely available on the Internet, and Furniture Dazzle had the best price. Although price was a factor, I also went with this merchant because of the positive reviews. When I ran into a problem with the product, they took care of the issue. The communication and service were excellent. I would highly recommend this merchant and would not hesitate to use them again.

Easy Ordering Process Kitchen cart - The ordering process was easy, the delivery time within reason for distance and weight to ship. Well packed so there were no damages to the item. Assembly - I'm lucky to have a husband who knows how to do this! It took 3 hours (while watching TV) and some time making adjustments. Great quality! Very good looking.
