This is the worst service I've ever gotten from here. Usually I get a new pcm within a week. This time I paid for overnight and it was almost 3 weeks later it still showed delayed in the warehouse for programming.
Worked just fine, but did have to reprogram it ourselves. Just a minor inconvenience. Otherwise worked just fine.
Package wasn't delivered on date promised by Flagship. Item didn't leave your facility until 8 days after promised delivery date.

The previous ECM that suppostly was a rebuilt unit in fact it was a used unit(cusomer ended up getting one intalled at the dealer cheaper than yours)The dealer checked and the problem with your ECM was corrotion on the radiator fan connector that wasd thw reason the fan was staying running all the time so I lost the sale and the customer because of your act.
Shipping took a while, like a week or so delayed from what the initial shipping date was. The computer was for a 2010 Toyota FJ, it worked perfectly. Worth the wait.
Received my Tipm for my 2006 dodge. Opened the box to discover the Tipm looked all dusty inside its cover once I removed it. Fuses were in the Tipm like they said they were but randomly all over the place. First had to replace 6 or 7 fuses with new ones as the ones I received were blown. Next I had to place the proper fuse sizes in their place (used my original Tipm to see where each fuse was placed). I am skeptical if this is actually a rebuilt Tipm like they say it is supposed to be. Installed it into my truck and was actually surprised that all my components did work and it was programmed to my truck. The delivery took about 3 weeks. So im pleasantly surprised that this Tipm worked although im not sure if it was actually a rebuilt unit or one that was taken out of another truck. Other than that, my truck runs fine so far but you would think for a rebuilt, they would at least have cleaned the dirt snd dust off the unit and had fuses in their proper slots and even replaced the 6 or 7 blown fuses.
Took a bit longer that expected, but quality is important. Unit was plug and play. Great Job! Highly recommend and would buy again.

We ordered a TIPM for a RAM truck - It took almost 2 weeks to get here - We opened the Bag the TIPM was delivered in only to find it appeared to be a used part. We gave Flagship the benefit of the doubt and installed it - Nothing worked... I spoke with Flagship to get this resolved - I expressed to them that my customer was not very happy about this and was in dire need of his truck. I was told this would be put as a top priority to get it expedited, and too me ASAP. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive... This, in my opinion, is not taking care of us, or putting any type of priority on this matter. I consider us a good/loyal customer that has purchased numerous modules from them over the years. Unacceptable.

Waited over a month for the part I ordered. The company had multiple complications that delayed my order. Only reason I gave 2 stars, customer service was nice and let me know everything that was going on at a timely manner.

I have always had good experiences with ya'll. This time it took over two weeks for me to receive my pcm. I had to call to find out that the first pcm didn't pass quality control. This i am happy with but I never got an email or call to let me know it didn't pass. I had to call to find out. If this pcmwould had been for a customer it would have put me in a predicament. Other than that I'm happy with my experience. My jeep is back on the road
I was hesitant to buy at first, just because the price was unbelievable, but I went ahead with purchasing a ECM, other suppliers were priced higher, but when it showed up, it looked clean and professional. I installed the unit and had to do relearning on throttle body and foot pedal, now back on the road, thanks again for a great product.
After pulling out the little hair I have I finally diagnosed my problem as a bad ground for number one O2 sensor in the ecu. I found good reviews of your product on line so I pulled the trigger and bought a reman unit from you. Reasonable price. Fast shipping. Great after sale service. I needed help with the alarm resetting and the help was timely and accurate. Overall a really great experience.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
