This experience was easy and I'm glad that we received the order in a timely fashion. I was not sure if the product that we ordered would actually be the correct one. I had an experience that I had to send back an ECU, because it was not working properly.
I ordered a new pcm and was excited to receive it because it was plug and play. Had some issues at first with key relearn but tech-support was awesome and I got my car running.
They programmed my ECU according to my Nissan Maxima, and it works amazing and their communication with me was awesome, and the staff on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable and even quite funny. It was a pleasure working with them.
Customer support very good. I had no issues the item came a little late but overall excellent service. I can't complain I was even updated on the package arriving late it wasn't much of a big deal just a couple days more.
The entire experience was completely subpar. The website advertises shipped product in 2-3 days. Upon placing my order I then received an email stating 3-4 days to program. I called after 4 days and it was still being programmed…. I called again and they claimed to have emailed me 2 other times which I never received. Try to speak with a manager was almost impossible. They just kept telling me that it was sent out in 8 days which is within their window of delivery, despite the fact that info is not posted anywhere for consumers. Easily one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life. Would not recommend and actively tell other people in the auto industry to avoid this company. Complete garbage the way they handle business.

I PURCHASED An ENGINE CONTROL MODULE FOR MY 2005 CADILLAC CTS 3.6 FROM FLAGSHIP ONE. THE PROCESS WAS VERY EASY AND THE KEY RELEARN TOOK ABOUT 30 MINUTES. IT FIXED THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING WITH MY CAR. 5 STARS

Ecm work out great just some permanent codes stayed with motor but transmission is working out as it should be. Probably get some ecm from flagship again.
I only have one problem with my order the rpms goes up to fourteen hundred when the temperature goes up. Also the abs light stays on so far can't fix them any help would be greatly appreciated

I simply placed my order with my ECM model number and year and type of my car. And they updated me of the status of my order. I received my ECM and it was plug and play. Worked wonderful
Great service. Prompt and accurate. Ordered unit. When it came it was ready to go. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected.
I finally get the chance to put it in. I take it all apart go to put the remanned one in and the tabs break off the side while putting the clip on. So I Jerry rig it so it will keep connection. And the program is wrong. Throws codes for cam shaft crank shaft sensor. Guess what I have to take to a dealer to have I reprogrammed. So I put the old one back in a just deal with the truck randomly shutting off. Waste of time and money.
