I wasn't overly fond of the costumer service. I received an email telling me that my part was going to be delayed and that it would ship in 2-4 buisness days, it was nearly 2 weeks before it finally shipped. I reached out on thier website but I was just told that it was in the final area... twice. The last time I messaged they told me it had shipped. I received it a few days later, undamaged and in priority mail. I was greatly relieved. The price was affordable and the car has been performing well since I installed it.
I was asked to diagnose a no crank/no start issue on a 2009 Ford Escape. There was no communication with the PCM, ABS, or the IPC. We checked to powers, grounds, and other inputs and outputs. The data communication circuits were intact and working. No shorts in the comm network. No shorts in the 5-volt reference lines. We disconnected the abs with no change to the fault. We decided to try a new/reman PCM. After the PCM arrived, it was already programmed to the vehicle specifications. Plugged it in and the vehicle immediately started and ran normally after programing the keys to it and having all of the other modules accept it. The ABS still has a faulty control module, but the customer stated that they would look into fixing that later. In the future, we will go with the option of having the keys preprogrammed with the new module. I have used Flagship One on multiple other vehicles with 100% satisfaction.
I have always gotten the correct part. A simple "plug and play" repair after extensive trouble shooting the issues.

It was easy to take out and replace. My car is running like it used to not skipping and shutting down. I will definitely use them again and tell all my friends about them. PCM MADE TRANSMISSION SLIP, HOPING IT DIDN'T RUIN IT. WHOLE NEW SET OF CODES AND BARELY DRIVABLE. GOING BACK TO OEM... AT LEAST IT WAS JUST A LIGHT THAT WAS READING INCORRECTLY.
I brick mode my ecu during a tune. Made it worthless. Contacted Flagship through online chat and was really painless. Thanks for the help getting my car back on road.
It was very disappointing computer never worked wouldn't even operate the starter so I had to buy another computer from different source

Took 11 days to receive the 'refurbished' ecu only for it to show up with rust on the outside of the unit and for it to not be properly programmed. Have emailed to request a return and have gotten zero response. Buyers beware of this company.
Took forever to get it and I am wondering if it was even tested or.programmed to my vin. Called several times with no return calls and no response for why it really took so long. This was an awful experience. Took over 6 weeks to get the evm for a jeep.

The price of the item was reasonable. The fact that i did not have to send the ECU on the truck was a plus. It has made a difference in the operation of the vehicle. There is no longer a back-fire on deceleration.

I will definitely be using them again in the future. The only complaint is that I was unaware that the PCM would be shipped using USPS and required a signature upon arrival, which set me back 1 day due to bo one being at home the 1st day. It would be nice if we had a option to use FedEx or UPS for faster shipping time frames.
I didn't get a tracking number for what I ordered, but one day I got an email that said it was delivered! And it was sooner than I thought. Disappointed that the credit for the core return is in store credit only. The item was a bit pricey so would have preferred the cash since I live on SS. The item did improve the function of the truck it went into; so can't complain about that.
