I ordered a FICM for a 2007 Ford 6.0 diesel. I ordered it first thing Monday morning. I checked status of the order mid day Thursday because I did not see any status changes and had not received any shipping notification. I spoke with Berty in customer service. She was very efficient and helpful and she stated the item had shipped on Wednesday. I received the part Saturday morning. I installed it immediately, put everything back together and fired the truck up. It started and ran great. The FICM from Flagship One fixed the problem. My only complaint would be the shipping process. Everything involving shipping was a day or two behind. The first time tracking updated was when the shipment was out for delivery. Not sure why the shipping notification process was so delayed. Otherwise, great experience and great product.
I have ordered ECM's from Flagship One in the past and have always had a good experience. The parts have worked with no issues. Very helpful to have these parts available.

Absolute garbage customer service. Back and forth for weeks trying to get the correct part even though the original module part number was supplied. Their sales staff keeps changing the order because they think they know more. My first and last time ordering from these people. Customer service is awful, you can never speak to an American or anyone that knows what's going on or can get anything done. My customer has been waiting a month for his parts to come in only to find they are incorrect and they refuse to ship the correct one because their sales staff claim its the incorrect part. $1,300.00 I as a company have to eat because there lack of service in order to get my customer back on the road. Absolute garbage of a company.

I was surprised/relieved to find that FS1 had every computer option I might need for the Ford Headache we had stuck in the shop.
Their system was able to cross reference the Info we had and the computer was shipped very quickly.
