Painful from start to finish. Would not provide Pro number for shipping, billed my card immediately upon order, did not recieve the PCM for over 2 weeks. Installed when I returned from out of town. When locksmith came to marry the chipped keys to the new PCM he could not because of codes in the new PCM. Had to tow to Ford dealership to code the keys to new PCM, they could not as well! Requested RMA explaining situation and provided all code per FS1 request. Waiting another month (emailing, calling and Live chatting) this company needs to just go out of business or go to jail!

I purchased the ECM module for my 1995 Dodge Avenger. It's AMAZING, it truly unlocks the power also brings out the best in my bolt-on upgrades. It is worthy the cash and very easy to install. No adverse signs or issues so that good!

I had spent over 500 dollars on my car new alternator, new battery and car was still doing same thing, I keep searching for a answer to my chrysler 300 2005 touring lights were flickering. Hooked the pcm from flagship up and problem solved, no mechanic could figure it out. I Thank you Flagship One.

Sent my pcm board back to company three weeks and have been trying to contact company on status of my part with several emails and phone calls with no response here I set with no vehicle because they have my board. I would never recommend to this company to any of my friends or family and will never use again.
Horrible phone customer service. All females which i wouldnt care if they were actually knowledgeable about what they sell. Nobody can answer technical questions and they have to transfer everything to the department manager... then once you get transferred the manager if she is busy she will just tell you to hold without picking back up even after 40 mins on hold. Then i call back and they say she is busy so they said the manager will email me but then hangs up before i have a chance to ask when i can expect the email. If youre going to sell car parts, maybe get some staff who actually knows what theyre selling?!
This place is great among their customer. I recently purchased an ECM Module and they offer me great price. I love Flagship One, Inc Team because they made my purchase the best! Great company. I will use them again if the need ECM Modules. They give us the products on time. As timing is most important for me. As I bought products from them and they deliver products to me on the spot which saves my time.
Bought $974.00 PCM Terrible communication they stall to make sure you cant return part in 30 day window. Then charged 20% return and $85.00 reprogramming bull $#*! fee. Then on top of that said it was to late and gave me a store credit that is absolutely worthless for $695.00 they only sell Refurbished ECM/PCM units. What the hell would i want a credit for a part ill never order again. So basically stole all my money

Purchased an ECM On Sept 14th I sent an e-mail stating the instructions were not included never received a response. Days delay while I was waiting a response. Installed the part and it worked for 2 weeks then starting failing. Had it replaced at a dealer. Contacted them on Oct 23rd asking for a Return Authorization. This is 39 days! I requested a refund several times and they will not issue a refund because it was over 30 days. They make it impossible to return in 30 days. They are non responsive and they sell defective parts.
Nothing about this company is legit. They sent me a part that was either bad or not programmed correctly for my car. After much work on my part and repeated calls and emails, they had me return the defective part and sent me another one. That part was defective also. Now they don't want to give me any money back for the bad parts they sent me. I could never speak to anyone there about the issue other than an operator who knew nothing about cars. Don't buy from them, they are the worst!
Avoid this merchant. The worst experience I've ever had with an online merchant. Terrible customer service and product sales. The PCM was either programmed incorrectly or defective. After returning the unit, I have yet to be refunded the cost. I've had to dispute the charge and file a formal complaint.

I ordered a PCM for my car on July 13th was suppose to arrive in 1-6 business days. Two days later told me they needed an additional $37.50 for the part because the one that I ordered, per their system, was wrong. In the process of not getting my part I ended up with Account Manager Angelo K. On July 17 I was told my module would ship in 1-2 days. Then on the July 24th I was told it would be delivered to me by July 30th. Had issues with the unit because I wasn't told I would have to pay another $125 to have a locksmith program my keys.
I tried to contact Angelo about changing the warranty to reflect the correct part number and price but his email was no longer in service and the phone number didn't work.
The part has worked for me but the time frame for the order was way too long, i could have sent my original part to Circuit Board Medics, had it repaired and not have to have my keys reprogrammed.
Good people to deal with. I have recommended them to numerous people that have all been happy with their service
