Ordered a cover for my 5th wheel in July 19th. The cover didn't fit way too big. On July 27 I asked for a refund. This process, thru multiple weeks and emails, everything from sending me a smaller cover, which later they said wouldn't fit. On Sept 3 they notified me that they were going to give me a full refund since the next size down cover wouldn't fit. It took until October 4th to get the refund. They wanted to charge me for return shipping($50), when I told the supervisor there was nothing in their return policy about shipping he told me that's why I had to pay. He finally agreed to pay for shipping but stated, "Customers need to remember they're NOT always right." The "Hassle Free Returns was anything but! It's done my email and not answered in a timely manner, they needed my tracking number to see if they received the package...? Don't they keep record of returns?
As far as the cover, it didn't have as many tie straps as my previous cover which made it fit even more loosely.
