HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. I Purchase a part for my vehicle in January, since it came defective I returned it. The part was received back in Feb and its May and I still don't have my replacement. Every time that I call I get told the same thing. " that my account Manager Liz is not available that she will call me back" and she never calls me back. It being 3 months! My car is still at the shop waiting for the replacement part and Flagship One don't nothing... PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I purchased a ecu for ford focus an after i paid i waited til i was suppose to receive the part an nothing i didnt even get tracking. I called to see wat was going on an they where very unprofessional an didnt know $#*! acting dumb they said give it a few more days still nothing an now im calling they screening my calls an not answering but i got they address an u never know.
Flagship 1 is so good to sell units but it ends there. My ECU program was wrong and needed them to reprogram it. They instead credited me $60 and kept 130 for restocking fees. They said it is in the warranty agreement. Crooked company! Remember good reviews are often done by people who manage the website for the company. Trust the bad reviews..
Be very careful with this company, especially the quality of their products, time to deliver it and their unilateral 30 days return policy. Placed an order for 2007 SAAB ECM and was promised plug and play based on VIN #. They called me a week later to request original ECM to be mailed for programming. I finally got my new ECM on 26th day after contacting them for status. It didn't work. I spoke to a rep and the management many times and they agreed to take it back. I offered to drop it off at their place as 30 days return date was approaching. They stated not to do anything until RMA papers will be emailed and my rep Tanisha spoke to their management who promised to credit money to my account even if they will receive a part after 30 days. RMA was filed right when I receive it, but shipping label was emailed 6 days after. They deliberately taking time to delay everything past 30 days. After I mailed the part and requested a credit they ceased communication with me. Had to file a dispute with my credit card.
Tried to use these bozos, on a pcm for a dodge caravan 3.3. Trans issues. They sent one out after 10 days. They told me I would get it in 3 days liers! Then when it finally showed up. The van would not start. They wanted me to send it back for inspection. Then they would get back to me when they had time. That is unacceptable. They provided a return slip that had the wrong address on it so when I sent it back it went somewhere else. These guys are the biggest ripoffs out there. If you are reading this before you buy from these ripoffs! Don't do it. You cant even call and talk to someone halfway knowledgeable! Coronavirus should shut them down let's all pray for that. Pepole in business like this make it bad for us honest repair shops? It only cost me 200.00. At this point, if I can save at least 1 person from being ripped off bye these bozos, it will be worth!
Do not I repeat do not buy from this company! They do not honor the money back. The ecm computer they sent me didn't even work. My fuel pump wouldn't shut off and my engine wouldn't turn over. They send out core computers and just slap some stickers on it to make it look legit. I was told that even though I was past the 30 day money back that I would get a full refund and to just send it back. Ha! What a joke it never happened. They didn't even offer a replacement even though they claim that there is a 1 year warranty. And don't even get me started on the "customer service" they are rude and talk over you. They are clueless and rude and don't know what they are talking about. But if you're in the mood to waste your money and get talked over by all means this is the company for you.
Ordered a computer from this company. Was supposed to be here today but still hasn't even shipped yet. Ordered 8 days ago. No one will call me back or return my emails. Wish I would have done my research before I ordered from this company. Don't make the same mistake I made.
Ordered a PCM for a customer vehicle, and it was defective. Tried for several days to get a warranty form emailed to us, so we could get this issue rectified. We received no calls back, were put on hold for over 20 minutes before hanging up as there is no toll free number, told over chat by 4 different employees that our request had been submitted, and we would receive the form within the day. Never got anything from them. Finally, we outsourced to a different company to repair so we can get our customer's vehicle finished. Editing to add that the unit we purchased from FS1 cannot be repaired, so we have to purchase yet another PCM from somewhere else. Very frustrated with the incredibly poor customer service, and with them selling bad parts.
It took over 2 weeks and an extremely heated conversation for my part to be shipped, I was consistently lied to by Christian and Jon, I was sent multiple false tracking numbers. I suggested to them if they were going to keep lying to their customers they should at least write it down so everyone can tell the same stories.
NO communication at all, no email confirmation, no order updates, I had to call several times with long hold times(20-30 minutes) multiple transfers to "account managers" I had to cancel the order after ZERO communication for a week, after two weeks i have not received a refund, I had to make i claim with my bank. STAY AWAY!
The online purchase was smooth however, I found out after a week that there was a "delay" in getting the PCM for my Jeep Wrangler. This is my daily driver. The Jeep will not run at all without a working PCM so I am at the mercy of the supplier for getting it up and running again. Tried to call customer service after a week without any communication on the progress and was on hold for almost an hour only to be told to email customer service for an answer to getting a refund as I had already ordered another PCM from a different company. That company mailed my PCM with a tracking number the day after I placed the order. Trying to get a refund I was told to email customer service again! Still waiting on a response.

I bought a ECU from Flagship 1( December 2019) and I received it in a few days however when it was installed the item was worse than the one removed from the vehicle. With the old ECU the vehicle would start and drive ( but it would also shut off and run hot) but with the one received (the connectors were corroded) it wouldn't even crank. I returned the item and another one was shipped which I never received. I was told that it showed "returned to sender" on February 6,2020. I have called and e-mailed on several occasions and left messages for the account manager who has never bothered to return the call nor reply to my messages. It is now March 3rd, 2020 and I still haven't received a new unit.

I was looking for a computer for one of my customers and I found Flagship 1 through Google, it sounded great plug and play I really didn't care about the lifetime warranty, they took my money over the phone right away but I didn't receive the part for at least one month later everytime I called them it was a different story I finally received the part plugged it in and didn't work I was praying that this would've not happened because I knew that it was going to be a even worst nightmare to try and send this back, so it started they were not getting back to me and when I called they have call display and they would put me on hold so I blocked my number and they picked up and just could not get anywhere with them, I could go on and on, anyway I shipped the part back at MY expense and that took 10 days for them to finally email me and tell me that they received the part after me calling them telling them I the tracking told me that the part was accepted by someone at Flagship 1, I have been emailing them asking them to get back to me and tell me what they are going to do about it it's been about 10 days and they still won't take my calls or reply back to my emails, they took $399.00 plus $65.00 for shipping and will not refund or get back to me...
Really wish I had done more homework. FS1 has a cool website and online store and the ease of ordering made me think this would be a smooth transaction. It has been anything but. I received a product that has been tested by multiple mechanics (at no small expense) and proven to be BAD. It happens. So I called and was immediately told that basically, they don't make mistakes. However, if I wanted to return the part, they would test it before telling me I am wrong. I was shocked at the attitude, but did as instructed, and... crickets. I sent follow up email. I tried chatting. I have never experienced such lackadaisical response to a client that simply wants to spend their hard-earned money to buy a need part for an inoperable vehicle they need to function. I suggest buying from ANYWHERE else. I would buy from a guy with a sign on the side of the road faster next time. I may as well have, because I am getting similar results. I am now searching for a new source to buy the part, hopefully one that works... and believe me, I will be checking the reviews better. I am assuming I can kiss my money goodbye, even if I do get response, it will be too late. This has been almost a month long process at this point. VERY frustrated and disappointed and worse, now am out a vehicle even longer than planned because I have been waiting on a response. DO NOT BUY THE PART HERE. TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN BY WARNING YOU. I WISH I HAD LISTENED.
I bought a computer from Flagship one Inc. I paid $176.24 for the computer when I got it and had it put in my car. It didn't fix the problem with my car. I called them and I told them that it didn't fix the problem. Flagship one Inc. Said to send it back so I did it took a long time to get it from Flagship one Inc. I called them I told them that they have my money. No computer. I finally got it it didn't fix the problem. So Flagship one Inc. Sent me another one computer. The second one didn't work eather. I took my car to B&F Auto 's then I took my car to the dealership. They checked it out and said that the computer, that I got from Flagship one Inc. Wasn't any good. So I called Flagship one Inc. and told them what the Dealership said. I sent the second one back to Flagship one Inc. They wouldn't give me my money back. That I could only get store credit. And they changed me to put the computer back on the shelf. They said that I could only get store credit. No money back. If I had known all of that I would of NEVER bought their computer. So they have their computer and my money. Please help me get all of my $176.24. Back from them. They didn't like it when I told them that I was going to get a hold of BBB
