This was very easy to install and was ready to go. I was nervous when I read the other reviews. It did take a little longer than I expected, but not exceptionally. When it did arrive, it was packaged very securely. I would order again if I need to.
The pcm went out in Durango. Was getting very bad fuel mileage didn't have good get up and go. Replaced pcm from Flagship one fuel mileage almost doubled and runs way more better

Website says something like 1-3 day shipping. I called to make sure they had my jeep ECM in stock and they confirmed it was, so I ordered. It took them a couple weeks to ship and "program" or whatever. I would have ordered it elsewhere as I needed it, but just had to wait it out.
Not working and will not communicate with the ECM. Vin is correct not a worthwhile $1450. 00 dollar purchase

Last year I had Flagship One refurbish my IDM. It was done and returned in a reasonable amount of time. I installed it and the mileage was wrong by about 50k miles. I kept it because I needed my truck. A little while ago one bank of my injectors went out and Flagship authorized a warranty return. I was informed it was tested and o. K. I find that hard to believe, since everything in the engine is new and the wiring harness clean and spotless. I even sent 150.00 to have Flagship check my PCM so I did not have to worry about that being bad. They asked if I want my original or a replacement. I said as long as it works and the mileage was corrected I do not care. Yesterday After quite some time I received an IDM via USPS. The IDM had a label sealing it as did the one before. I was going to install it and checked the contact pins for condition. It was awful! The pins were not shiny, they had spray paint overspray on them, and even had a cobweb in the connector portion! After notifying Flagship a return label was sent promptly. I went right to UPS and mailed it back. I notified Flagship that I sent it out with a picture of the receipt from UPS. I suggested that since I am desperate for my truck they send me a replacement right away. That is the current status. I am hoping for a reply.

Swapped ecm with new ecm from you guys and the new one isn't working correctly...#7 misfire... so I swapped and put old ecm back in and misfire goes away... put new one back in, misfire of 7 again immediately... it took me more days to get ecm than u guys told me 4 to 8 days... it took over 12 days... now the ecm is bad and it has only cost me more money and time and instill don't have a good product.
I will definitely be telling anyone I know who needs to replace their ECM about FlagShip One. Ordering was easy, the description was detailed enough to know that you were choosing the right ECM. After ordering, the updates on my order were wonderful, plus they sent me how-to's that would have to be done after installing the ECM.
Ordered a computer for my truck. It was stated that it was "plug and play". After I ordered and paid under $200 I received an e-mail stating that I would have to have 2 keys flashed for this computer to work. Now I have to pay $350 for the keys for a computer that was suppose to work when I got it. What a joke! You should state this BEFORE you sell the computer to someone. Very disappointed for this false advertising and would not recommend your company
Fantastic service for older vehicles - my van was throwing a code for an injector and the shop determined it was my PCM/ECM. I was very concerned I wouldn't be able to find a PCM for my older van, as my only option was an aftermarket from a local parts store that my dealership didn't recommend. I know I've seen bad reviews for this website/service, but my experience was fantastic. Six months with no issues.

Answer: Their 2-7 shipping days is a total LIE. Their customer service are paid professional liars well. Will tell you anything to appease you true or not. I cancelled my order after 14 days and they couldn't tell me WHEN. Shop elsewhere, this company has huge problems.
