Great deal, took a little longer than expected but I finally received a great product. They wanted to make sure the unit was perfect prior to shipping it to me, so it was a longer wait. Would have been nice if they would have informed me of what the delay was.

Well I ordered from here because I needed a computer for my Jeep quickly and didn't have time to part a junk yard and have it flashed. A week goes by and nothing, two emails until I got tracking information that took another week to get to me. I get the computer and it looks like it was packed by a 3 year old, not to my surprise the computer didn't work. I call them up same day and get the "you account manager isn't here but I'll forward your issue to them" line. 3 days I wait and get nothing, I call and am given the run around but held out hope that a replacement was on the way. A couple days go by and I call back and I am put on hold for 45 minutes (yes I sat and waited.) no one ever came back to the phone. I call back the next day and no one even answers the phone, I call from my wife's phone not 5 minutes later and I get someone who looks up my account and immediy puts me on hold for another half hour until I hung up. It took me filing a claim with my bank to get them to take the computer back to which they kept more than half of what I paid for it.
Lesson learned...
Do NOT do business with these scam artists.
They sent me a bad ecm made me pay to ship it back and only refunded 53 dollars back. The broken core itself was worth over 70. Their phone customer service is lousy and they charge you for their mistakes. They don't care about their customers and their return policy is designed to cheat people out of as much money as they can if you are unhappy with FS1's service.
Do not purchase from them. You will be lucky if you receive you item, and if by chance you do, it probably won't work. Look at Google reviews. Flagship one is presistant on creating fake reviews of their site. Just look how many was created on 4/8 alone. They employ a review site by the name of Trustpilot to keep their ratings above a certain goal. If you don't believe me, try leaving a negative review there, it will be removed within 48hrs. Please do your homework before making a purchase. It took me 3 months to get a refund, not by flagship one. But by the bank.
This company sends defective products and refuses to accept any responsibility. Worst company ever! Do not use this company!

If you're smart, you'll stay away! I ordered a pcm and paid for it to be expedited and here it is 11 days and being sent in the mail after o canceled the order 4 days ago! Cmon, really? There is never a supervisor or someone to help you it's always a rep telling you some bull$#*! like they understand and they are sorry. The problem is people are running usinesses too, and depend on services to get things done. I will never order again, for those of you considering, you've been warned!
