The ordering and checkout process was easy. It took a while to get the ECM. It was easy to install. The main problem was solved but then the radio never worked again. I tried to get a solution to the issue but never got a response. We eventually traded in the vehicle.

Flagship had an aftermarket version of part available which I could not locate anywhere else, however the advertised shipping timeframe was wildly exaggerated. It took over 3 weeks for the part to arrive and this caused the unit to be down for the entire time. It was a huge interruption to service for our company and extremely frustrating. I would only purchase from Flagship again for non-time-sensitive items.
Went fine we thought we had a faulty PCM however FS1 was able to test the PCM and found no issues, after receiving the PCM back we found there was a wiring issue and not the faulty PCM. They only charged us for checking out the PCM and no repairs. Thanx

2001 2500 HD with 6.0L. Had changed tire size and was using an older OBD2 scanner to adjust settings. In the the middle of the operation, the scanner died turning my computer into a brick.
Shopped the net for companies that could provide a flashed unit back in a reasonable time frame.
Flagship had good reviews, so settled on them.
I received the new ECU in a week, installed and truck fired right up. The vehicle has not run this well in years! Would not hesitate to use Flagship again.
