Pictures of items are not even close to what arrives in the mail. The first picture is a screenshot of the item from the website. The second and third pictures is what arrived today. And just to rub salt in the wound, I am responsible to pay the shipping costs if I return it. Shipping to China from Canada cost more than I paid in the first place.
Absolutely junk!
Bought a door wreath for £20 through Frugo, but was actually from China. Absolute rubbish! Would have cost me £20.30 to return it! AVOID this company at all costs as when I realised it was from China it was too late to cancel. Also my mistake as I usually check reviews. How they advertise Grest on Trustpilot I'll never know as ALL reviews are shocking. Frugo… You should be ashamed & I will continue to rate you as rubbish on every site!
They robbed me. Never got the package, never got a anything from the postal service. The only thing I got was a long chain of emails with their (terrible) customer service telling me to basically F-off. Never again. Save yourself a headache and the money. Stay away!
In general I was happy with the service. Problem with the delivery time, but I was given a good tracker which was accurate. Emma L was a great help in keeping me up to date and on follow up communication.
Would I use them again? Yes if I find the right quality of product at the right price!

Before buying hearing aids it was stated that they will send it in 3 days, but I waited 20 days to receive it. Furthermore, after one week of use it stopped working. I consider in prosecuting the company but still don't know how.
Bought a heater from here that claimed up to 2000 watts output, woke up in the morning even after having it on blast and it was as cold in my place as it would be with no heater on at all. Beyond subpar daewoo product. Never again. Was around like 50 dollars usd with shipping internationally and my 12 dollar family dollar heater does better. Completely unacceptable.
Made an order yesterday. Front page says before ordering delivery within 24 hours. Nope got an email today and now it will take 15 to 20 days. Starting off very bad. Ordered a scanner for a car that will not start. Now stuck for 20 more days. Could not find contact us. Just qustions that bring you back. Like an endless circle. Very bad.
I have done a review on this company regarding the bad service and fraudulent promises on delivery of the product i ordered. They have not yet respond to my request and if i try to report or query my order the website does not allow you to continue. There are no email address that is working and no contact detail to try and solve the problem. They refer you to get in contact with the supplier but no detail of the supplier or contact information. Money lost!
First, Fruugo is not a retailer, so you are not ordering from them, but some unknown 3rd party, who may be international. I ordered an expensive phone case, which was shipped with no tracking number. It never arrived. Now the 3rd party retailer states the shipping address was incorrect. I always ship to billing address, so it was correct enough to charge my credit card. What kind of operation ships international with no tracking number? Stay away from FRUUGO!
This company takes your money, but your package will NEVER COME! Their Customer Service sucks,too. They sent me a Tracking Number, without saying what company was shipping it! Then they couldn't ever find the package, & they had no reason. Terrible. Just avoid them. They have great prices, because IT'S FAKE!
My item never arrived and Fruugo told me to claim from the post office it never arrived at! Made absolutely no sense. Refused to get me a refund from the seller…completely indifferent to the customer experience. Stay away from Fruugo…not to be trusted.
I ordered a fire proof rug, when it arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website it is a cheap piece of plastic. Not at all suitable to use as an indoor fireplace rug as described. When I asked for a refund they said only if I returned it and paid the postage!
Don't even think about buying anything on this platform. I bought a veterinary product and when it arrived it was clearly a counterfeit. I contacted them, sent several photos where it was clear that it was fake. The only thing they did was supposedly contact the seller, the seller said that he refused to give me a refund and that's it. The platform ignores it and you lose your money. Another detail is that they only inform you where your product comes from when you have already paid. I saw that it came from China when I already paid and that's when it started to smell bad, because it is a product that is manufactured in Europe.
Ordered boots from here when they arrived they was wrong boots and wrong size. I emailed them and all they said was they will do the same job.I have been emailing every day and only getting stupid emails back saying not entitled to refund,I'll have to pay return shipping bus as I said it was there error not mine,worst company I have ever dealt with. As a business owner myself I would not usually give a business a bad review but these are disgraceful
I bought a product on Fruugo.ae and I received a counterfeit product.
I imagine it can happen and I am not blaming them for that.
The thing is I am struggling with the after sales service which is simply catastrophic, slow in answering my claim and ignoring my wish to send back the product and refund me.
I tried to cancel an order a couple of hours after I had made it but received no reply. After several attempts to cancel the order, I received an email saying that my order had been shipped! Terrible customer support. AVOID at all costs!
Bought an item, never received it. Went to launch a customer investigation on the website, the automation on the website fails every time, says "technical error occurred, please try again later". Like this for over a month.
Reached out to customer service, they send me an email asking for my address, I give it to them, and the POOF! GHOSTED!

I ordered a pair of Women's ARA shoes in my normal size. The shipping charge of $60 (US) was not clearly listed until the transaction processed. The shoes cost $89 (US). I was unsuccessful in canceling the transaction. I received the shoes in a size I didn't recognize size 40 Great Britain they are bigger than my Husband's size 11 shoes he wears!
Yes the company told me I can return them at my cost and lie on the customs declaration form so they won't have to pay duty tax!
They said 24th February is the latest time for my Item to arrive. I ordered at 6th february, its long enough for a swiss army knife... I waited, another week, it didn't come. Then I contacted them. Over and over again, they tell you they will reply in 48 hours, another week, I try so many options to contact them and no reply. So... Where is my money? If it isn't a scamm, its a terrible real company. Do not buy from them!
We ordered wallpaper in 07/2023, we paid for it immediately. We received a confirmation mail that the wallpapers will be delivered to us in 7 days.
We never received the wallpaper or a refund, no one ever answered our inquiry. Very unprofessional company that does not deliver products, refund or contact customers.
