Purchase not received

Below is my order,it is almost 2 months now and still have not received my purchase.
Fruugo you are a disgrace,i will make sure other people is not subjected to this fraud.

Do not buy from this seller
"Changshalangnuodianzishangwuyouxiangongsi", he shoud be banned as a seller from Fruggo.com.
Ordered 150pcs 45-50cm Ostrich Feathers, he send me incorrect order 30cm long Feathers,10 pcs missed, after 2months(i should receive in 3wks), witch i returned with Royal mail in 5days with tracking number because item is not as described, states not received, but is clearly saying that item accepted and signed On tracking number. I don't have my order, I don't have my refund, paid £341.75. Asking for full refund more then 2months and he still looking for excuses do not return money to me. Now he deleted all our conversations on Fruggo.com and marked as problem resolved. Thank you God I have all screenshots from begging.
Shame to keep seller like this one in Fruggo.com
Customer service not helping at all, I send enquiry more then 4times to them but problem not resolved. Ordered 10Jan 2023, today 20th Mrch 2023, no money, no 150pcs Feathers.
