I had a parcel that did not arrive from China. It was impossible to contact the supplier but Natalie was fantastic in dealing with them and processing my refund. Thank you Natalie, my faith in Customer Service has been restored!.

Beware after receiving your purchase asking for a return is impossible to start they request you send it back to China my coat was 16 pounds the return has a uncompleted address and no email which is needed by customs I will never get my mony back just hoping to save some other poor person going down the same road BEWARE!
Damaged sun lounger received, Frugo wouldn't refund or replace. PayPal equally useless despite providing tracking evidence of return of item to Frugo. Would not recommend buying anything from this company

They took my money £35.11, sent me completely the wrong item, and despite numerous emails over the past weeks they have neither provided the proper replacement or a refund. Which makes them thieves! Never order anything from fruggo it's a total scam, I ordered magic mixies for my child's birthday and received one little pot not even worth keeping as a show piece, my child is very disappointed because it's not the real toy which her friend got from Walmart.
I've ordered some manga 1,5 month ago giving me the indication of getting it 25-04-2023. Which has already passed the date. Whenever I wanted to try to get information about tracking I never received a reply giving me the tracking link. When it expired the date I wanted to fill this in for a complain where my package is. Whenever trying this I received an error telling me to try again at another moment -> This kept on going and going no matter how long I waited... When noticing this kept on going I went to PayPal to fill in a complain with trust they will help me with this issue and probably refund me my money back.
Please be aware when buying from this webshop! I've done some research from the seller that (shipped) my books... They don't even have the manga I ordered at their online webshop making this a full on scam!
So please be aware and dont buy from this site!
Unfortunately the pack advertised was not what was delivered. I'm wondering whether writing to them would resolve this inconvenience based on the reviews. I feel this is a site I won't be shopping with again, customer service is everything online. I also received the delivery late, past the event I bought them for!

Ordered a dress for my daughter and was agreed to arrive 2nd March latest. It didn't arrive so I bought elsewhere and contacted Fruugo UK and they said it cannot be refunded and can pay the cost to return. I said this is not fair as you have not supplied in time. I have emailed numerous times and they keep saying the same thing and ignoring my questions. I have sought legal advice and reported to trading standards. Please do not use this company as once they have your money there is no service and no way of getting it back! Unfortunately gave them many chances to resolve but they refused!
I have worked out that these retailers use a cheap lead in price to get you to purchase. Then your order is canceled (fortunately refunded) and the reason offered is that "your address is not recognised".
Interesting response given the address has been in existence for 92 years.
After exchanging many emails, they blame their logistics company.
Then you see your item removed from the website and then reposted at a higher price.
Disgusting trade practices and absolutely no communication or intervention from Fruugo. They clearly protect their retailer's dodgy practices.

After waiting weeks on the 5 in 1 hairdryer when it eventually came it was going for about 1 minute before it started to make a burning smell and a crackling noise! Only to be told by this company that it was tested before it was posted and it was fine. Then to be told new products smell! Yeah not of burning then crackle and stop working! Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Ordered some door closers that were supposed to be located within Australia... turns out that they were sent on a slow boat from China after paying separately for freight cost. Tracking details that were sent were fictitious and when I asked for update, I was directed to seller. Seller rudely said to wait and made no effort to track package... past due date now by a week and still not in Australia... Steerclear of this poor replica of Ebay... They use EBay's reject suppliers...
I ordered a football shirt and shorts for my son. It was meant to fit a 32 - 36 inch chest. He could barely get it over his head never mind get the shorts on. I conatcted customer service. They requested photos with tape measures etc. When they saw it was too small they asked me to return it at my cost and they would reimburse once received if the order was in fact incorrect. The item came from the UK and I live in Florida. So I have now paid for 2 lots of international shipping and the item and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. They refuse to respond to me.This has been going on for weeks.
I ordered costumes for Halloween on Oct 10th, the delivery was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Halloween has passed, my kids didn't received their costumes and the customer service is absolutely useless.

I ordered a USB-UCE6 cable for my camera. Site says 24 hours shipping, 3 days later a get a mail saying it will be shipped next week. Then it took 2 months, I tried contacting both the site and the third party vendor and got the worst "we dont care" attitude possible. Then when the thing came, it was the wrong cable! And when I told them about it they asked me to send it back to them and pay the shipping cost...
Dont go anywhere near that site if you value your money, lucky for me I only lost 10$ on this scam.
Purchased some razors from Fruugo. Absolute Junk! Dont waste your money. Tried to return but the freight through USPS was almost the entire cost. How is that China can send products here to the U.S. and we cant even touch that rate! Anyways, buyer beware. This place is the king of knockoffs.
Website is low budget. Probably would never get my money back even if the return freight was cheaper.
I bought a product that never arrived, and there support is not really helpful. They just answer they checking this with the supplier and then the issue is just closed after a while with no explanation.
Unsure if it is fruugo, I think they use drop-shipping and reseller that is in china? I the one causing the issues.
I should've looked at the reviews first. I see they received a lot of one out of fives. Purchased a baby video monitor that was clearly marked down from 209 which had a line through it and below it listed it at $169. They charged me the $209 plus the tax so it was about $237. I have emailed back-and-forth with them. There is no give on their part they keep asking me to send some sort of confirmation sheet. I keep telling them it's irrelevant, it's marked $169. Honor it but they won't. I consider this to be fraud and thievery. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and hoping they go bankrupt. If they had offered me a zero rating I would've chosen that

I bought a camera lens from them before Christmas 2022 and was guaranteed pre Christmas delivery.
The lens arrived at the beginning of January 2023, so too late, as it was a a Christmas present for my husband. It didn't fit his camera so I returned it ( to China - I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known it had to come from there) on the 5th January and have heard nothing since.
You can't phone them, and if you email customer services it's through a site called 'Pissed Customer' who don't respond apart from repeatedly asking if you're satisfied with their service.
What a terrible company.
Waiting for delivery now 2 weeks past latest delivery date. So have now waited 5 weeks and missed Xmas. The only way of checking is via the query section on the web site which maintains that as we have not yet reached latest delivery date of Dec 23rd (date today is 5 Jan), I have to wait!
Tried calling Fruugo office and got message "This phone is not accepting calls at the moment. Please call back later".
I think they have gone bust - do not buy from them.
I ordered over a month ago but i never received my order and when i complained, they said they will look into it which never happened. Not a trustworthy online market place. I would definitely advise to avoid shopping there.
