“Scammed out of refund for damaged sunlounger”

Damaged sun lounger received, Frugo wouldn't refund or replace. PayPal equally useless despite providing tracking evidence of return of item to Frugo. Would not recommend buying anything from this company

Tip for consumers:
Buy items/products direct not through Frugo, they make it impossible to communicate with them and drag out any dispute with meaningless communications until resolution date expires . PayPal also useless
