I sent my first email 6 months ago. I wanted to apply as a salesperson. They constantly postponed information, documents, etc. The interested person is not professional at all and sends e-mails that sound like children's texts. I have accounts on 3 different platforms: Etsy, eBay and Amazon. I have never experienced such e-mail traffic. The person is so strange that it seems like he is writing on WhatsApp. Like a joke. It should definitely be reported to the institution. And he was going to cancel my application. He's threatening me. Please report it to the authorities and open my account as a seller. He is name Adam Peel Account Executive (UK & I) please help me!
I made a mistake, ordering again by this place' almost 7 weeks, I did not receive what I ordered, they do not help, just talk, with no trace of truth.
I will not make this anymore, the experience with them leaves a feeling of total disgust, this is not the only bad experience with them, Unreliable platform, it is an understatement

I placed a order with this on February 18 and never received the order or the tracking number wasn't notified by seller. Email communication is back and forward problem still not solved. I contact the better business bureau to file complaint against company.
Don't buy from them! This was simply the only place I found what I was looking for - and had almost the same experience as the last time I could find something in only one place. It doesn't really exist. Multiple notices said they had tried to deliver, but all delivery companies here leave notices if they are unable to deliver. I sent multiple requests to Fruugo asking for a refund, which went totally unanswered. I finally contacted my credit card company which didn't hesitate to credit my account - I have a feeling they know this operation.

I placed an order with this company, and since then, it's been nothing but a headache. I never received the order or even a tracking number. The seller didn't bother to notify me about anything. I've been emailing back and forth, but it's just a frustrating loop with no resolution in sight.
I mistakenly order the wrong watches off their site. I tried to cancel them witching minutes. They were sent & I had to pay duty. I immediately sent them back to the sellers at a further cost of $75. One seller refused the package and sent it back and the other kept the watch and the money. I did absolutely everything they told me but they have refused to get the other watch or my money. This site is a fraud that allows criminals to operate.
Product page described product different to that supplied. Product purported to be from well known gate automation remote fob but was a generic clone that did not work as described on the site or the documentation. Returned product but Fruugo expects me to pay return postage. If you cannot trust the product descriptions then the site cannot be trusted. Does not appear to be a complaints page on Fruugo.
I am beyond disappointed I was under the impression that I was getting a full couch cover set and I only received the pillows covers which cost me $44 and these cover aren't even sewed well. I'm trying to get my money back but this company is greedy and could care less about their customers.
Scam site. The product received was nothing like the image. My "clock" is just a photo printed on a piece of plexiglass that has uneven, sharp, jagged edges. It's almost funny. It took 17 days to receive and they will not accept returns if it's more than 2 weeks from the date it was ordered. Do not waste your time or money dealing with this dishonest site.
I ordered an item from these people about 6 months ago. They took my money as a first step, then for a while sent me phony messages assuring me my package was on the way. Needless to say, it never arrived.
I ordered a table cover back in November, with expected delivery in mid December... the tracking number the merchant provided showed the product was shipped to a completely different country... who knows if it was even their shipment?
The merchant refused to help, and has been marking the matter as "resolved" to avoid taking responsibility.
It has been literally impossible to get in contact with Fruugo's customer service... I have contacted them 5 times at least, and only got 1 message saying "I will check" and never got an updated after that, 3 weeks ago.
Save your time and just don't bother using this platform.
I have purchased from Fruugo a couple of times now. Both items arrived in perfect condition. Fruugo have always responded promptly to any queries I've had. I will definitely keep shopping with this company.

I bought an outdoor Christmas dog decoration as their website shows but received a flat picture attached plastic panel. Is it a joke! I cannot believe their business like this. The worst is returns are paid by the buyer to China via traceable international mail. Don't buy from them!
Portable SSD purchased through Fruugo. Cost €40. That did NOT work. I must be responsible for the return myself and this is mandatory with a track code. Cost €70! Scandalous! Received a standard auto reply after submitting a complaint to Fruugo and nothing else... There you are! Never again!
Ordered what was described as a "pack" of security cameras, with SD cards. Photo showed four units. Confirmation email read like it was a pack, but used the word camera singularly. Credit card was already charged by the time the email arrived, so we decided to wait and see what we got. Received ONE in a box with useless instructions written by someone who obviously has no command of the English language. No SD cards at all. Worse, it does nothing at all. Just a little plastic button. The downloaded app doesn't do anything either. RUN, RUN, RUN from these scammers!
I have never received my order.

Pictured and described as hanging baskets with silk flowers which I ordered 2 paid £40 and revived 2 stems of petunias which I could have bought from eBay for £8. Absolutely disgusted deceiving people with no consequences. Shocking please avoid unless your prepared to be ripped off
So far I bought two leather loops for my Apple Watch on Fruugo. These are quite difficult to find in my countries even searching at Apple Stores. Both the ones that I found on Fruugo were authentic, brand new and they just came in their original boxes. The only particularity is that boxes are not sealed. Fair enough! The price was good and shipment fast and with no problems. They guarantee that you do not have to pay any potential extra costs related to shipments from overseas countries. Will keep shopping with them.
Would not recommend purchasing anything from Fruugo. I've had a really negative experience with long wait times for delivery, the wrong item was sent to me and now after 6 weeks I am trying to get a refund but is unlikely as I have to still send item back to merchant (which may take weeks).
