I ordered a magnifying lighted rechargeable folding mirror at $60, and received a cheap plastic pocket mirror worth $0.82!
Fruugo will not give a full refund, they want me to pay the postage to send this back to them, they are offering only partial compensation

Don't send products, ask you to confirm address and then when you reply say the emails you are sending are blank! All lies! Even emailed again using their Help page, now no response at all!
Lost orders, terrible products and no customer service for any sort of recourse or compensation. The website gives the round and round, directs questions and complaints to their merchants and finally when I was able to find a place to ask a question...surprise, no response. Wish I'd seen how bad their reviews are before ordering anything, lesson learned.
Bad service, no goods and advertise have stock take money and then cancel order and wait for goods refund. Still waiting after 2 weeks.
What a bad joke. Christmas will now hold up refund hoping I will get by end of January 2022.

I ordered supposedly refurbished items from this site. Everything looked legitimate from the listing, and I believed I was dealing with a company with an Australian on-line presence. Not correct, there is no contact points, and the online assistance bots are really basic and not supportive. After over a month of trying to track the items, they arrived and are fake. The only mechanism is via the site to contact the seller (a random unknown in China now being exposed) who advises to send them back to a random Chinese address via tracked shipping, which I pay for. I'm not doing this. Essentially my money is gone, and I have no current belief that Fruugo will action my issues raised to them about Selling fake goods.
I accidentally placed a order, and imediatly opted to return it. After i kept receivind shipping updated for a couple of weeks and writing two emails demanding the cancellasion of the shipping and refund, i finaly got this reply back: " Hello Dear Customer. Thank you for your letter.We're sorry for the bad shopping experience, we checked the email you sent us and it didn't appear that you wanted to cancel your order, so we've already sent you the parcel. Thank you for your patience. Sincere greetings"
So no refund and no cancellation of the order… F. Me, right?!?
Do NOT order from this company. It's the first time I ordered and I will NEVER do it again. The coat was advertised as FLEECE. I have towels that are thicker than the cheap, thin terry cloth they sent. It was supposed to be a small - for a mini dachshund. It's big enough for a Cocker Spaniel. About 10 times the size I needed. It's crap. Plain and simple. Gave it away.
If I could give Fruugo a -5 stars I would. I purchased two suits in different sizes (large and extra large) because I was unaware of how they would fit me. One size totally too small and the other much too large. Not only that, the material was totally cheap. When I finished finally making it through their confusing return policy and found out I had to pay shipping back to China, I was pretty upset. Then I took it to the post office to mail back only to find out it was $144.00 per package to return. I will never ever buy anything from this company again and suggest you look into their stupid policies as well before you purchase anything.
Electrical product arrived in a totally destroyed state. Fruugo replied to fix it with a hammer and use it. No replacement or refund.
Avoid fruugo at all costs because it will cost you...
Actually the UK phone number has an answering machine telling you they dont want to talk to you!

Everyone who says Fruugo is bad or "fraudulent" is high on drugs. I ordered something from Sweden 5 days ago and they update you EXACTLY where your package is every other hour. Don't think twice about the raging comments on here of people who messed up their own order or extreme cases. Go Fruugo!
Purchased the joystick kit below. They sent 1 joystick, 1 set of cables buttons etc. Im saying its a kit which clearly states you get 2 of everything., we are going around in circles here. Why oh why are these companies still allowed to trade. I have taken a photo of the box as well to show weight that only contains 1 set so can see im not pulling a fast one. Absolute crap, shocking company. COME ON TRADING STANDARDS!
This website is a scam. Product was a toy for a 5 year old which arrived broken. Firstly they asked me to glue it back together myself then tried to blame me for not keeping the delivery driver there while I opened it. Finally they offered a refund for half the price of the product. Protect yourself and do not use.
There is a black metal band which I couldn't find their shirts anywhere. I'm in Canada.

Very bad customer service and in the end seems like a scam company. There was no possibility to cancel my order immediately after submitting it and then I have been sending messages that are left unanswered. You live and you learn.
I purchased rugby boots for my son and after accepting the order they came back to me saying it was cancelled due to a reason that was my fault (perhaps no money in account or change of address just non accurate BS). Will never use them… spend your time and money on reputable companies.

Place an order two weeks after expected delivery they mark my item as expired. Email them they promise to investigate and never heard from them again. As per the tracking number, parcel was delivered in Germany. I live in South africa.3 months later I'm still waiting.

SCAM - will charge you over $100 shipping despite clearly stating shipping is free. Don't count on receiving your items. If you have been stupid enough to provide your credit card details, I highly recommend cancelling it and getting yourself a new number.
