Bad service still haven't received razor bump shield I ordered 2 weeks ago Frogoo is a scam.
Was sent a tracking number which now says the parcel is ready for shipment.
They take your money and don't deliver.
SCAM - will charge you over $100 shipping despite clearly stating shipping is free. Don't count on receiving your items. If you have been stupid enough to provide your credit card details, I highly recommend cancelling it and getting yourself a new number.
On January 1st 2022, I placed an order worth more than $150 or £120 and it told me, shipping time is about 2 weeks. Now after 11 weeks, I have received nothing. They don't even reply to E-mails, which makes me think that the whole business is scam.
Let's see what happens.
This site is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Ordered an outdoor egg chair. Received a small cushion for $200. Blatantly false advertising. When seeking a return, was sent sarcastic and and abusive responses from their so-called customer service. Will be informing consumer affairs etc.

Ordered a t-shirt three months ago which never arrived. No refund and no explanation. I'm only grateful that I didn't spend very much, what a rip off. Don't buy ANYTHING from this site. I wanted to give no stars but couldn't the interface won't allow me.
I bought what I believed was a swimming pool ladder and received a single very expensive step of the ladder. I know this has happened to at least one other customer very recently for exactly the same item.
The Returns Policy promises returns for any reason within 14 days of receipt. All attempts for nearly two weeks to log a return/ cancellation of the order have got me nowhere. The website is dysfunctional, and it seems to deliberately make it difficult to contact them.
UPDATE: After telling Fruugo I had posted three negative reviews and would initiate a credit card chargeback procedure, I received an email saying I would be refunded. If so, credit where it's due, upgrade to three stars.
After waiting for over a month for small vacuum cleaner filters, today I was notified my order has expired! What does that mean? They will respond to my question within 48 hours. I should have read the reviews first!
I bought a rugby jersey from them. Its basically a nylon sheet and you will be sweating profusely within 5 minutes of putting it on. The seller has mysteriously disappeared from the website now. Total scam, avoid at all costs.
My purchase was of inferior quality after a protracted time frame for it to arrive. Photos were sent to Fruugo of the faulty shade sail to no avail. I can now see why Fruugo receives the overview of "Fruugo has a consumer rating of 1.42 stars from 52 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Fruugo ranks 394th among Marketplace sites."
I had a highly frustrating experience with Fruugo.com. I ordered a juicer piece in October 2023, and they used a Malaysian company for delivery, which sent the completely wrong item. Despite providing strong evidence with pictures, they insisted it was correct. Moreover, I was charged twice for delivery - first during the order, and then upon delivery without any prior notice. The delivery cost exceeded the juicer piece's price. When I complained, Fruugo.com dragged the resolution, repeatedly requesting evidence from different agents. It's been four months, and the issue remains unresolved. I haven't received the correct product or a refund, leaving me unable to use my juicer. Avoid Fruugo.com at all costs.
I will never order again from Fruugo. Orders never arrived and it is extremely challenging and difficult to keep in touch with customer care, if any.
Impossible to reach them via mail or through their web.
So disappointed, ordered with extra time on the estimated delivery time for a gift, parcel is delayed, no communication or feedback to emails asking where it is. The tracking just says in transit (has been since last week) apparently it's on a horse and cart.
Delivery is definitely substandard and not on par with their competitors. Flying from Hong Kong was fast, once it cleared customers is just been sitting for days at time for each step. Such a let down! Don't recommend & won't be back!
Horrible experience. I ordered two things, one arrived after a month of waiting, the other never arrived. No refund, no update, just ghosted me. The tracking link they provided in the original email was a dead link. When I went to contact them about what happened, I realized what a racket this company is. You can NOT get in touch with anyone. They provided me with the smallest imaginable whiff of customer service in broken english before closing my inquiry as if anything had been resolved. After waiting for almost three months, still nothing. Now I have to haggle with my bank to see if I can get the money refunded. UGGGGGGHHHHHHH!
The package was not sent. You can't contact them on their website. A false tracking number was provided. I have been led astray several times. In September 2022, he sent a product that was new according to the description, but when it arrived, I received a broken, used product. Then they promised to send another one. After 3 weeks nothing happened. I demanded the money back and bought again. The current product has not arrived, it is not possible to communicate with them. They directly provided a fake package tracking number to mislead. Then I contacted them at the email address provided on PayPal, they opened a case for me, but I did not receive any response. Today, this case has also been closed without a word. Fraud gang!
We ordered a bird cage from Fruugo in November 2021 paid for it and have never received it. They eventually responded in January 2022 after numerous attempts of trying to contact them, to say that the cage is at customs but no other information. No contact details, no tracking number. Since then no further communication. An absolute scam that has now in effect stolen money from us.
I ordered a gaming keyboard and mouse in October 2021 for an Xmas gift for my son to the value of $180…. A decent one here in NZ costs around $100. It arrived just before Xmas and 2 months later the mouse buttons were such rubbish that it started to fall apart… as like all the reviews here, I get a real crappy response saying they will reimburse me $10 for a repair. I thought spending a bit more on 'quality' was worthwhile Don't get caught their quality is rubbish and have the cheek to blame me for breaking the mouse …. Now all of a sudden my emails bounce back! This is BS
Honestly? Super bummed out by Fruugo right now. I was all excited to get my order, and guess what? They sent the wrong item. Mistakes happen, I get it. But when I reached out to them, hoping for a quick fix, they totally brushed me off. Felt like they didn't even listen to me. Companies should really treat their customers better, especially when it's their mistake.
I purchased an item through fruugo intended as a Christmas gift. The item was sent from China. When it arrived the quality was very poor, not worth the money, and it was damaged. There was no returns label enclosed.
I contacted frugoo on their customer service page and promptly received an email from *******@fruugo.com asking me to reply to the email, explaining the problem and to attach a photo showing the damage.
I did as requested but I received a notification that my email had failed. I have since tried several times but the result is always the same. Looks like I will be stuck with a sub standard damaged item I can do nothing with.
I will never purchase anything from fruugo again.
This company is very difficult to make a complaint. If you go into contact us page you have to create an account before you can go any further. I bought a jumper but didn't realize it was sent from CHINA so returning it is near impossible and hugely expensive. They do not state that they originate in CHINA and am very disappointed as I try to not buy items from China. The jumper I bought was very bad quality it pulls the thread really easily. I am stuck with it but hopefully will be more careful when buying again. Lesson learned. Would have given it nil stars if that was possible
