I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. This was a purely spontaneous purchase and I'm paying for it. I ordered one thing in March... have not received it to date. When I contact them (there times) I get the same reply... shipped, will arrive in 3-6 weeks, track your order. My tracking says the package is in NJ - I'm in NY. The last response I got was check at your post office. Really? My mail is delivered to my mailbox. I will never order anything again without checking where it comes from - never from China - and reading the reviews. These people should be put out of business.
Please don't be as silly as I was to buy clothes from this company. If not satisfied you are offered 15% of what you paid rather than having to return the items to China where I suspect they will be lost. The clothing is a very poor quality and totally undersized. Beware of spending hard-earned cash on this rubbish.
They sent a defective item with bunched up stitching on what looked like a huge hospital scrub. They want me to pay for return shipping to China for their mistake, or take a 20% refund. SCAM.
They won't let you post a review without picking one star, otherwise there would be none.
I'm not recommending this shop. The quality is rubbish. The delivery was extremely slow and my order was split into three different parcels. Meaning that I had to go to the post office three times. There was no way to return it, nothing but these poor dresses and blouses that don't fit.
Ordered multiple items - came in three different packages and arrival dates. By the time I got all items and attempted to return three that were so small I couldn't begin to fit into (ordered plenty large enough, I thought!), received response that I was past the 15 day return date! Very poor quality, bad delivery/return service - do NOT use these folks!'
I recently ordered 2 shirts that looked like linen in the photos and although they said they were cotton and polyester I thought they had a higher percentage of cotton given the look ion their website where they really looked like linen. These tops are garbage. They are mostly polyester and really look it. Do not look like tops in the add. These tops were totally poor design and poor quality and not at all what I was expecting. I took both of them to Value Village. Too much of a hassle to return and not a good refund policy. I will not buy from them again. I am finding this a lot with these Chinese companies that have flooded the market. I have bought a lot and have consistently been disappointed with both material and size. I am done. Also They charge American and they are a Chinese company. For Canadians this really inflates the price especially since some of these companies charge boutique store prices. I'm done!
9 weeks later i only have one of the three items i ordered. Like others here, fabric is NOTHING like the advertised pictures which look like linen... what i received is more like tent fabric. Total scam. I am awaiting an email response re a refund but from what i read here i guess i am not very hopeful
Item displayed on their website has little to no resemblance of what i received. I didn't even try it on because it was evident from the moment i opened the package it was not the same. I asked to return it, which they did not allow

The garment took 6 weeks to arrive it was nothing like the picture, cheap and nasty material, I have learned a lesson- not to buy from random sites without checking reviews first. Not worth the effort to send it back, luckily it wasn't too expensive. Putting it down to experience!
Should have known better, did not look for reviews and fell for the picture of a very nice 'linen look ' top... waited so long, i began to think that it wasn't coming ( probably be better if it hadn't) Ugly, cheap, badly designed thing that looked like grandpa's pyjama top. A lesson well learned... hate contribute to the general waste prob, but threw it in the bin
Customer service would not respond to my return instructions request - I ended up opening up a claim in PayPal (So glad I didn't give them my Visa#). They initally responded to open claim but then did not follow through with crediting my account. Not only was one of the items not the one pictured online (different style & print), but the other item (a sun dress or beach cover up) was covered in a light plastic coating (not breathable or exceptable fabric to wear)
Wish I would l have checked this site prior to order - the product was so poor I would not even give it away and I can't reach the company to return it - they should be removed from access to online buyers - discouraged to ever buy on line again
I bought 4 blouses based on the good reviews of the website. I really wish I had checked independent reviews as well. I suspect their positive reviews are fake. They are all written by people who can't speak English, filled with grammar errors. They took my money right away, and 3 weeks later, only received the first garment. It does not look like the picture in the ad. It looks more like a scrub top. Their website said it was cotton blend/linen, but it is actually cotton and polyester, so they lied. I asked for a refund, but received no response. Their tracking info is all in Chinese. I will never order from them again. I wonder if I will see my other 3 blouses?

Fabric was different for each item, none of it was linen. Design and Make nothing like the images.
I am now trying to return so lets see how that goes!
Like many other reviewers, I ordered what was represented as a linen top and turned out to be completely cheap fabric with no structure to it at all. I also am getting no responses to my emails requesting "RETURN" information. This is just another rip-off bogus Chinese company. Spare yourself and don't order.

Don't waste your money here. The clothes look fantastic on the models, but the fabrics are not as advertised -- something described as "cotton" arrives made in a polyester-cotton blend that's mostly polyester; the cut and shaping of the tops are weird and don't fit; the sizing is extremely strange -- a larger size ended up being smaller than one size down. One XXX top actually fits my sister who wears a Medium size in everything.
As for their "return policy" -- it's a joke. When you notify them that the items do not fit and you want a refund, you receive this message:
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package. Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the product."
There is no way the paltry 15% refund will cover having a too-small item altered to fit (even if that were possible to do, which it is not). This whole thing is a rip-off scam.
Fabric is not as pictured. Measurements are not correct. Fit is very small around bottom and very large on top. All fabric bunches at my waist. Color is accurate in sunlight. I was looking forward to wearing on vacation. Now I have to try to find a way to get credit or return.
This company is a scam, I ordered 3 shirts my credit card was charged right away that was in February its now mid April and they are still sending me emails telling me they do not have my shirts and the delay will be longer. What a shame as I really liked the look of the product... Lesson learned. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
I sent mine back to the P O Box no on the package by recorded delivery. It did cost me £4 postage though. Someone did sign for it. I have now applied for a charge back from my bank, awaiting reply! Will let you know if it works. Xx
Bought two tops totalling £35, complete rubbish. I wouldn't wash the car with them. AVOID AT ALL COST, Facebook should be ashamed at allowing this company to trade.
Ordered 2 items, finally got them. One not as advertised, other cheap and nasty polyester, not linen, not as advertised. Asked for return details, told I could either pay for return to Beijing plus taxes i. E get nothing back, or take a 15% refund. Facebook should stop them advertising
