Hi I sent mine back to the PO Box number on the package, PO Box 737, Southall, UB3 9RE and has been accepted and signed for by C M Johnson.

Then I am asking my bank for a charge back, still awaiting outcome...

It takes roughly 5-6 weeks at least to get since it's coming from China. I ordered on Mar 3 and got on April 16. Now, I'm starting the return or refund process. Not worth the hassle, but I'm sick of this happening to all of us.

Received identical items which I did NOT order poor quality.

Contact your credit card company and dispute the charge if you have not received merchandise. Do the same if the stuff is garbage. Paypal also indemnifies your transactions.
