Customer service would not respond to my return instructions request - I ended up opening up a claim in PayPal (So glad I didn't give them my Visa#). They initally responded to open claim but then did not follow through with crediting my account. Not only was one of the items not the one pictured online (different style & print), but the other item (a sun dress or beach cover up) was covered in a light plastic coating (not breathable or exceptable fabric to wear)
