I did get shipping confirmation and a tracking number, but there is no tracking information to show. They did respond to an email, but I doubt I will ever see the linen pants I ordered - they were supposed to ship in 7-12 business days and that window has been closed for a while. Lesson learned - I will be contacting my credit card company to (hopefully) remove the charge.
Don't waste your money or time! I ordered six items, received three of them. All three are of very poor quality, the two tops I ordered are both smaller than the sizes listed on their website and both are made of cheap material different than that listed. When they say cotton - you get nylon and when they say cotton, linen - you get polyester. The other three items I ordered have not yet been shipped - a month after the order. A week ago I sent an email to their customer service requesting return shipping information, cancellation of remainder of the order and a refund on my credit card. No response whatsoever! Sigh... don't be fooled by how good their items look on their site... it's a scam!
I ordered when they were so new they were very few reviews... I wish I'd waited. They are clearly a drop shipper-probably a one man show who orders items from the manufacturer as customers place orders. So it takes forever before they ship the product, and then takes another forever to get here. I requested to cancel a number of times and its futile, so I opened a case with Paypal to get my money back.
Absolute rubbish! Ordered a top, received three weeks later and while the colour is nearly accurate the look of the shirt is not! If you are reading this review, do yourself a favour and don't waste your money!
Website misrepresents the product. Part of my order arrived today I was so disappointed with every aspect of the three garments that arrived. All three looked nothing like what I ordered they look like 3 oversized men's shirts none of the items I ordered had collars these do. Looks like it will be impossible to get a refund so all be warned do not order from this company and I was expecting the product to come fro the US not China.
The three articles of women's clothing I received look nothing like they appeared in the marketing. They were touted as "natural fiber/linen/cotton" but are actually super synthetic, sized completely arbitrarily, and sewed like a pillow case without darts or ruching! As soon as I got them I asked how to return merchandise, and have gotten no response via email. Lesson learned.
Buyer BEWARE items purchased are NOTHING like pictured on website. The sewing is far inferior to what a second grader could accomplish. The "linen" is a polyblend and not what was described at all. When I reached out to them via email it took them so much time to respond that the '15 day window to return' had passed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered almost 4 weeks ago, paid for expedited shipping. Nothing. I contacted them and all I got was sorry for the delay but no shipping date. Contacted Facebook and will be contacting my credit card to cancel. Too bad. I liked the look of the clothes.
Ordered 3 items for my wife
1 item turned up wouldnt use it as a dish cloth. Sent back at my cost. Other 2 items never turned up. Their web site has no address. Bastards
This company must be a scam... I ordered what looked like a linen-type fabric top in a medium size. What I got about 2 weeks after the order was a cheap very extra large top that looked more like a scrub top than a pretty shirt as depicted. Stay away!

As of March 12, this website is only 54 days old. Holy crap, the website involves 3 countries, the photos are pretty but they lack the side views or more information that legit mail order places have, no measurements. Do yourself a favor and avoid the heck out of this website. Wait another 60 days and check back with site jabber.
After a six week wait the clothing, if you could call it that, was so bad that it was unwearable! The fit was appalling. I ordered two of the same top in different colors. When they arrived they were made of different fabrics! Absolute garbage. After reading the reviews about the return policy I threw them away and considered it a painful lesson learned.
I ordered 4 tops. The way they're photographed and described are a gross misrepresentation of what you actually get. The fabric is the cheapest you can get and do NOT include any linen though that's what is stated. The garments are worth about a nickel each. Avoid at all costs because if you have to return them- you have to pay for shipping to CHINA!
Money sent, order confirmation received, and no reply to latest emails. It's been 12 working days and no shipping confirmation. Not sure what is going on. The order confirmation said it takes 3-5 business days to prepare to ship and 7-10 to ship, and a shipping confirmation was promised. I've got nothing so far? Beware.

It all looks great in the ad and on their website. What they don't tell you is that everything ships from China which takes 30 days, the clothes are not the quality represented in their photos, the material is super thin, cheap, cotton, NOT linen, and the sizes are not true to US sizes. Their return service is a joke - they say to contact them, but then they don't respond - in my case, when they finally did respond, they offered a 15% refund and when I tried instead to get a shipping label or return address, it was never sent and they ignored my repeated requests. When they finally did respond, they told me to contact *******@FridaChic.com when that was the address I was emailing to. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Having waited over 2 months for 2 so called Linen Dresses, which ridiculously arrived separately, I find that they are thin, Chinese, cotton and polyester dresses.
Can't imagine I will get my money back, but I would not recommend this company to anyone, though the styles do look chique.
I see in other reviews that there is nowhere (except China) to return items. I am having the same experience. The 'linen-cotton' blouse was horrible quality and the hips did not fit the rest of the blouse size. The detail shown on the picture was totally missing from the item they sent me. Grrrr And I never got a refund even though I returned the item to the address that was on the package.
The clothing is cheap, sized for children and takes FOREVER to be delivered. There is no communication for return labels. Luckily, I used PayPal. However, they came from China! I had no idea. Now, I'm stuck with postage to China. I'm afraid to see that cost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Shirt was vastly over sized. No response from the company despite two emails asking for instructions on how to return it. Have now filed a dispute of the charges with my credit card company.
