“ALWAYS Very Happy With FreeShipping!”

I was a user of FreeShipping.com. I was a member for over 8 years at $13/mo. I LOVED using their site. Every month I received a check and only once was it less than $13. Most of the time, I received $30-80/month. It is so easy to get 10% back when you make a purchase. It automatically happens when you go to the store through their site. IF you have to pay shipping, then you fill out an online form and send their rebate dept. the info. It takes less than 5 min and I hate paying shipping, so was always well worth it. The only reason I am no longer a member as of 2 months ago is because I have cut back on my online buying, and since they raised their monthly price to $20 now, I would need to purchase at least $200/mo online to break even. I probably do that much of the time, but may not in the future. They don't have all of the online only sites, but do have many and just about all of the brick and mortar stores as well. There is no contract, so I say join and try it out. If you don't at least break even after a couple of months, then discontinue.

Freeshipping.com is a scam. I give the worst review for FreeShipping.com due to their unethical conduct and terrible services. They failed to honor a 10% cash back as posted on their website ads and canceled my new membership (only opened for 3 days) after asking for 10% cash back on a full-price order. The customer representatives were rude and lacked knowledge about the products and services they offered. Stay away, do not sign up for Freeshipping.com membership.

I remember ordering flowers but never gave permission for them to sign me up. I tried calling three different numbers but they all bounced me back. Beware of this company, they are a bunch of scammers who will treat you like a ball. I strongly advise you not to buy flowers from shipping.com! They have taken $13+ from me since August 23rd and I still haven't received anything. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! SCAMMERS! You deserve a 0 stars!

I don't even know how my elderly mother got a subscription to this, but she did. And, she tried to cancel it fairly immediately. Upon trying to cancel this she got 4 charges of $20 to her account and the debit card company customer service agent told me she could see that they attempted to charge it 30 more times. I called Freeshipping agent as well and he said that he did see that the subscription had been cancelled but no other charges were issued. That is NOT accurate as I see $20X4 withdrawn from her account to them. We have filed fraudulent charges.

I am so surprised by all the negative reviews! Yes, you have to pay a monthly fee, but since signing up a few months ago, I have come out WAY ahead! No, I do not work for them, or have any affiliation with them other than being a customer. It's so easy to shop through them. All you have to do is start at Freeshipping.com, click on the store link on their site, and when you purchase through that store, they are made aware of it. If you have to pay shipping, you will need to send some of the info to Freeshipping, but it only takes a minute to do that. So far, I have received 2 checks from them, and it has paid for my monthly fee plus another 4 months! Follow the directions... you will have no problems & I am sure you will come out ahead. You can stop using them at any time. I give them an A+.

I ordered something a little over a week ago and they gave me a tracking number for some random order by someone else back to December 2019, completely inaccurate. I then read how you will have to make monthly payments after purchasing from them, so after looking at reviews in this thread it said to contact *******@freeshipping.com. I emailed them 4 days ago and still no response. I emailed within my 7 days of purchase and now because no one is responding to my emails I'm 100% they're going to still charge me monthly. Complete bull$#*!

In December, 2023 on reviewing my bank account I noticed withdrawals from freeshipping.com. I called the company 1/2/2024 and was told the account was in my husbands name. I canceled the account and since there had been no activity, they agreed to give a refund of $19.00 for 4 months, totalling $76.00. I could not ask my husband since he was seriously ill and in a coma.
I called again on 1/15/2024 after never seeing refund in my account. I was told the refund was issued to account XXXX. I informed the rep that that card was no longer active due to fraudulent activity. I was told that the refund would go back to the bank account it was associated with. I was told it takes 7 business days to process and then recheck my bank account. Still no refund found. I called my bank and inquired about refunds going to account. The bank even asked if these charges were fraudulent. I didn't feel it was fraudulent since they canceled the account.
On 1/30/2024, I called free shipping and was told the refund was issued to account XXXX. I informed them that I called bank again, was told if a card is canceled or blocked the refund would not be accepted. I was told then that I would have to pursue a refund from my bank and that someone from the Escalation Team will be contacting me within 72 hours. Today is day 2 and no contact has been made. In the meantime, I checked my bank records further and discovered charges starting in 5/2024
And continuing til 12/2023. The May charge was for $2 and other charges were for $19.00 each month. Now I am wondering if the charges were fraudulent, was the $2.00 charge a test to see if the charge would be questioned.
Today, 2/1/2024 I called free shipping (a different number). A report was again filed and was told that a check would be issued and mailed. It would take 7 days to process and that I would be getting a call from the Escalation Team within 72 hours.
I was also told that the $2.00 fee for May was a one week trial fee. My husband is still in the hospital and now awake. He did not recognize free shipping when asked. I wonder still if this was fraud since my husband does not have a business or does he ship many things that would warrant an account with free shipping.
Dispite all the calls that were made the representatives were polite and courtesy, plus you dealt with a live person on the phone not a chat room.

I clicked a link that offered me a free shipping rebate on an order with over 300.00 in shipping fees.
The next page has 0 additional information, and has you sign up with a CC.
Then the next page tells you that you can get a 15.00 rebate on shipping

THATS NOT FREE SHIPPING that IS discounted shipping
This is a 100% scam

This is a fabulous membership - IF you buy quite a bit online. All I have to do is access the website of choice through freeshipping.com then when finished-screenshot my receipt, enter 4 pieces of info, then sent the code given plus my screen shots to the rebates e-mail. It takes me 35 seconds to submit a purchase-I have timed myself multiple times. I use mainly bath & body works, eBay, Amazon, Overstock, Bed Bath & Beyond…a couple are just for shipping and the rest are shipping plus 10% off. Love it…Fast Customer Service, Checks come once a month. ABSOLUTELY Z E R O issues. The best saver EVER!

Tip for consumers:
Best for those who buy a significant amount online and are somewhat fluid with computer skills.

Products used:
Toiletries , Home Decor, Jewelry , Gifts, Household Scents, Craft Supplies….

NOTE: Refund checks sent once a month. The “shipping time” is dependent on the seller-not “freeshipping.com”

I have no idea how freeshipping.com got my debit card information. I have no recollection of subscring to this. $19 was withdrawn from my bank account. I had to cancel my card and file a report with mybank,... just in time for Christmas. Very scary. Then i called the 800 number on their website and they could not verify my account, supposedly without my full debit card number. I of course, did not provide it. Watch out for this everyone. I hv no idea what they really offer. Why have this when you can shop off Amazon or otherfree shipping sites

Products used:
None. I just reported the suspicious deduction that i did not authorize.

Verified purchase

I've gotten hundreds of dollars back from using FreeShipping.com. As another review says, you use their website as a portal to go to other websites and shop. Then you take a screen shot of your order summary and you can get free shipping from some merchants and for some merchants you van even get 10% cash back. At a specific time of every month, you'll receive a payout. And yes there is a monthly fee. So why do so many people feel this is a scam? Well probably because people are too stupid these days to pay attention when they're doing things online. Freeshipping offers a trial of their service, and a lot of websites partnered with Freeshipping.com so that when you buy something, they offer you 10% off your purchase. A lot of these idiots giving freeshipping.com.bad reviews opted into that 10% off because they thought "OoooOooOo free money!" And then they forgot that they signed up and now it's FreeShipping.com's fault? No, you're an idiot. You signed up. It's not a scam. Some of these people are so oblivious to the things they do, some day they'll look down at their own kid and think someone broke into their house. FreeShipping.com is a great program. The only thing, and I mean only thing that I've found that I don't like is there's no easy way to change the billing card you used. You have to contact the customer support first. Other than that, it's a good program.

Tip for consumers:
It's not a scam. Most people forgot they signed up when they were offered 10% off a regular purchase. They decided it was a scam because there's no way they'd believe it was their own fault. There's a monthly fee. If you do a lot of online shopping, the program will pay for itself.

I got a pop-up on Mercari offering $10 off my shipping and I just needed to add my payment option. Since it was through Mercari I thought it was trustful but then I got charged $2 without getting anything back. And then I was charged another $19 on my account. I was able to cancel easily since it was through PayPal, but when I called Free shipping.com for a refund they told me that I didn't have an account with them, even after I have them my info. Very shady business.

This used to be a reasonable service at 12.99 a month, they increased the cost to 19.99 and have so many restrictions, it's like they are looking to for reasons not to give you their 10% cash back. I was a member for about 7 years, then they raised the price without telling me (They did the same to a friend). I would not recommend this service to a friend.

Most of the negative reviews I've seen here have been from people not knowing there was a subscription fee. They state their fees literally right on the front page of the website, as well as in their registration form. If you didn't read past the "free shipping" part, that's kind of on you.

If you order things online a lot and have tons of free time to wade through each retailer's list of exceptions, this service should pay for itself several times over throughout the year. Personally, it's a little too much work for me, but I can see how it would be useful for someone else.

So, not so happy this time around.

Be aware of this website, as soon as your cashback goes beyond $200, they start suspending your account and accuse you of commercial use and high volume shopping reasons.

I provided the receipts that all purchases were delivered to residential address or picked up by myself, but they don't care.

Then they pocket all the money for themselves and offer you a few monthly membership refunds. I found them dishonest and unprofessional.

I am a member and I am reimbursed $80-$300 a month usually. People just don't know how to use the site properly. They will give you 10% of every purchase if you click to the merchant from their site, they will reimburse shipping (even return shipping) and they will give you a price match if you find a lesser price for an item you bought. Yes it is $20 a month but the benefits are great.

They "caught" me with the $10.00 cashback bait. On registration for the same, $2.00 was instantly debited from my card. That infuriated me so much I immediately deactivated the membership. Even before the free trial window had expired, despite my withdrawing membership, they've gone ahead and debited my card of a previously undisclosed fee of $19.00, viz:

USD 19.00 transaction made on KCB card 4243***6189 at FREESHIPPING.COM on 08/11/2023 12:28pm.

I am absolutely certain this company is a very cleverly set-up scamming operation. I'm so upset. When an online apparatus has a huge volume of material to read governing simple membership procedures, like this one has, then you can be sure there's a dark side being hidden on the legalese. Scam this one!

Tip for consumers:
They've hidden so much stuff, to understand what they're about you must spend at least an hour just sifting through their "Terms" on registration of membership and cancellation of the same. Reader beware! If you don't read up to fully understand this aspect of your relationship with them, you will feel ripped off shortly afterwards! For registering my membership, in order to qualify for a paltry $10.00 cashback, they took $21.00 from my card in just 7 days.

This was nothing more than a bait & switch. They suck you in saying you'll get a $10 rebate, but in fact they sign you up and in my case, pulled $19 from my acct. Never got my $10 rebate as I was told. I will be getting my money back one way or another, as well as the $10 I was promised. BBB, lets have a go with this company.
