When I went online shopping through freeshipping.com, the transaction would not appear in my 'savings center', so that I can not get my money back. I emailed them with this issue, and they said I did not go through their web, and I can not proof anything! It happened 3 times a month! I got 1.5 Dollars cash back a month by paying them$12.99. Just SCAM, be far far away from it!

Hi Zhe, when you contacted us about the purchase not reporting to us, we did immediately reach out to the retailer regarding this issue. In order to receive the cash back, we have a few general rules to ensure that you receive the cash back that you are due. These are not rules that are set forth by our company, instead we have to follow the rules of the retailers. If we do not receive the information from your order because one of these restrictions, there is nothing that we can do.
