The review below was before Fredericks of Hollywood seem to turn into a circus. I'm really confused as to what on earth happened to them. I remember excellent customer service and products, but now you're lucky if you get your money's worth or if they even reply. I'm really shocked because my past experiences where always extremely good anyway I'm just making sure people know what they're getting into now when they decide to purchase from Fredericks of Hollywood.

Fredericks of Hollywood is awesome they have great products and they always deliver on time. I've purchase from them a few time and the transactions always went smoothly and their customers service is very good I emailed them requesting info on shoe sizing and the message sent window didn't come up so I kept pressing send not realizing that every time I did a message was delivered, I only realized that was the case when I check my email and saw I had about 10 messages from fredericks.com and the next day I also had about 5 message from them, they responded to my all of those email which asked the same question. But all in all they have good variety and they deliver.

I may not purchase from this site again. I loved the stores and wish they still existed.

Opened and account, confirmed my email, and placed and order. Now, you would think that order would show in my account when I log in, nope!

WARNING: DO NOT BOTHER CREATING AN ACCOUNT.

If you decide to order, print or write down your order number. Otherwise the "system" does what it wants and may not link your order to your account, and best of all, the company can't fix it. Sorry, not sorry.

Not as it appears

All if their sizes are INCORRECT, I usually wear a small but ordered a medium just to make sure as I'm familiar with fredericks extra small sizes. However, 3 of the 4 things I purchased wouldnt fit my 3 year old and the 4th was SUPER HUGE. Return policy isnt the greatest either and it will cost you more money in the end. I will say their customer service dept. was always very responsive to my emails and I appreciate their help however, in the end they couldn't help me. Doubt I will shop with them anymore.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Never, ever waste your money supporting this company. They are nothing but liars and thieves! Fredericks of Hollywood's customer service reps and managers would say anything necessary to calm a situation. I tried canceling my order two days after it was placed on 6/24/15, the rep explained that it was already being processed. I didn't receive my order until 7/26/15. UNBELIEVABLE. This order is supposed to ship within 3-5 business days. I immediately did a return to sender at the post office on 7/26/15. I called on 8/14 to verify it was received and the rep told me it was being processed and it would be refunded by 8/24/15. I just called, 8/24/15, to check the status. A manager just informed me that my order was received on 8/17/15.

WHAT THE HELL?! How is this company still in business doing this? I really really really wish I checked these reviews prior to purchasing. Please don't make the same mistakes we all did. Clearly this company provides terrible customer service, is unprofessional, dishonest, and TRASH. Shop at your own risk. (If only I could give this company negative stars)

STAY AWAY!

Do not waste your time or money on Fredericks of Hollywood. I placed an order for my friends Bachelorette party after reading their shipment policy stating "Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will be shipped out on the following day" After 2 weeks of not receiving a confirmation email on shipment I emailed them, never received an email in return. 3 days later I decided to call them to check the status, they told me they had some issues on their end and it will ship out from the warehouse. I shared my concern on time because the party was fast approaching. 1 week later, still nothing. I called to cancel my order and they told me not a problem it had not been sent out yet and not to worry. 1.5 weeks later I get a charge to my credit card (which flagged them as fraudulent company). I called them to place my frustrating concerns about the issue but got nowhere. She had no answers to my questions and was absolutely no help. Their customer service needs major attention. This company is really not worth it, I wish I did a little more research on them before making a purchase. No wonder they are going under.

I ended up taking my business to Yandy.com and get the products 2 days later!

I was a loyal Frederick's customer when they still had stores. The service was
Always excellent at the stores and the quality was good.
I tried buying online but my experience was really bad. I purchased panties, a
Bikini and a swimsuit. The panties were alright but the swimsuit was damaged
(hole at the neckline) and the seam of the bikini bottom was loose. Furthermore,
The bikini bottom was far too small. I ordered the same size as the panties
(who fit perfectly) but the bikini bottom would barely fit a teenage girl.
I want to return the items but as I live abroad and I only visit the US 70 days
After shipping, they will not accept my return. They also say that you cannot
Return products that were on sale. I think that is unacceptable, they should
Allow you to return damaged goods no matter if they were on sale or not. In the
End, it is their bad fabric/manufacturing why I want to return part of the
Products, not because I don't like the style.
I really love the designs of Frederick's of Hollywood but will never ever buy
Them (online) again. How sad what happened to their quality and service.

Awful

If I could rate them negative I would. I ordered some bras in November. They didn't fit. I went through their "strict" return policy and had to keep calling to get my refund. They had the balls to tell me one bra was dirty and they would give me store credit. I reluctantly accepted, the bras were out of plastic for 1 minute to try them on. Meanwhile I placed another order and paid for express shipping, express ha! It never arrived. Fredericks told me I had to get FedEx to do the investigation. FedEx never found it. I ask Fredericks to refund me. I'm now out 100 bucks and still no bras. They tell me all they need is the case number. That was a lie. This went on for a month. I ask for a manager and all she can do is email me and she gives me the run around, I give the claim number from FedEx and the lost package and then she tells me we have a strict refund policy of waiting for 30 days or getting actual claim information from FedEx. Final call to them and they're sorry they get it, it'll be processed in a week or so (it's been at least two weeks now.) so I disputed it with my credit card and made a complaint with BBB. Run from this store. It's a scam. Never again and I'll tell anyone who will listen.

I can't say much about the products they sell since I'm still waiting for my order. I received another customer's order instead of the one I placed. I contacted customer service to find out what the process was. They requested I send a picture of the receipt of the wrong order and the tracking number. I sent that to them and heard nothing. 3 days later I sent another ticket in with a summary of what happened and the information requested. They responded the next day saying I didn't need that information and they sent me a label to return the items. I responded to find out when to expect my actual order. No response. (getting frustrated now) I sent a less than happy response saying that I would like my order sent out immediately or just refund me. They responded with please ship back the original order and we will ship out yours. Totally legit, but would have been nice to know the game plan FROM THE BEGINNING... anyways. I let them know that I had dropped it off that day. Since then, no response.

Wonderful products!

What happened?!

What happened to this company? They used to be my #1 go-to for bras that fit nicely and were plus size! I ordered a couple bras from them, all of which read as in-stock on their website and... Nothing... I waited and waited and finally got ONE of the bras. When I reached out to customer service they (very promptly, to be honest) informed me that the other bras I'd ordered were out of stock and they cancelled the remainder of the order.

While I appreciate actually getting my money back for the remainder of the unsent order, I don't really think it's a compliment to the company to say that I'm glad they didn't outright rob me. Why are items that are out of stock and apparently not being restocked (I wasn't even given an option to wait for the bras to come back in stock!) listed as available on the website? Do they have 2 people working there and they're too busy to update their database?

I want to love Frederick's. I have been a longtime fan of their items, so experiencing this and realizing that I flat-out cannot trust their website is a bummer.
I am giving them 2 stars because the bra they did end up sending to me fit nicely.

I ordered a few sexy things for my boyfriend to wear to surprise him for Christmas. First they put a hold on my order because I had separate billing and shipping addresses even tho that has never been a problem in the past when I ordered through them. Then a days later I get an email telling me that they can't ship half of my order because it is no longer in stock. So now it's to close to Christmas for me to order anything and recieve it in time for me to surprise my boyfriend for Christmas. I called the customer support line explaining my frustration and to see if they could at least give me a deal on shipping so I could order something new but still recieve it in time for Christmas. Not only did she refuse to compensate for the lost shipping time, but she also explained that the order process in the system doesn't function properly. If there is only one item left in stock more than one person can select and purchase the item. So basically multiple people can order an item, but only one will actually recieve the item and everyone else is "out of luck" and there is nothing they will do to compensate for the lost time. Do not order from Fredericks of Hollywood. It's like playing Russian roulette with your order. You might recieve what you ordered or you might not.

I have confirmation with FedEx that Frederick's recieved my returned items way back on January 2nd. I still haven't received a refund or confirmation of the return and they're not returning ANY of my emails! GIVE ME MY REFUND FREDERICK'S! Very unsatisfied costumer, I will never be ordering from them again.

Lots of issues with the service I received. First off, I started my search over the weekend, I found the perfect bra and for a great price. It was during their sale, well I waited until Tuesday to order. The bra had become full-price...okay, I missed the sale. That was on me. After I placed my order 2 days had gone by and I searched the bra I purchased to show my friend...and to my surprise the SAME bra was back at the original sale price. Only 2 days difference??? So they took the sale away for 2 days and brought it back? I couldn't believe it. So I emailed the company and told them what had happened and asked if they would refund me 1/2 the bra price since they must have had a system glitch, what company takes a sale off for 2 days and puts the same one back on? They refused to give me partial refund. So I was upset. The bra didn't end up fitting so I had to send it all back...my $40 bra purchase ended up with only $15.10 back in my pocket as they kept $ for shipping and handling....so I could have just kept the bra and resold it for my money's worth. They ended up taking $20 of my order! Again, angry with the first rep I talked to that wouldn't refund me a partial...I emailed their support line again and explained I was already unhappy with the service and the bra and didn't feel they should take $20 of my order! They were no help. They said it was in the return policy. I told them that I knew I would pay for postage back by returning the item but last I checked, postage isn't more than $5. So where my other money went...I have no clue and they refuse to tell me. I will never order from them again.

Wasted money & time
August 18, 2015

I placed an order on 6/7/15, rec'd it, well, longer than they said it would take, returned ALL of it on 6/18/15. I have proof they rec'd it on 6/24/15. Finally on 7/21/15, I start calling them to find out where my refund is because it's not showing up on my credit card. The woman was no help, couldn't find order, she said I ordered from the old database and new database hasn't uploaded... MY BAD! On 7/29, I called back. After waiting another 20 minutes on hold. This guy had a little more info but not much help. On 8/8, I receive an email that I have a store credit waiting for me. A WHAT? STORE CREDIT? I don't want your poorly made garments! I email back on 8/8. No response. I email again on 8/12, no response. CAlled today, 8/19, waited for a supervisor who is putting in a request for a 'check refund' and they "might honor it"? WHAT? I clearly followed all the refund policy and I am out $180 because they switched owners! I have contacted the BBB. Do not order from them. You will be sorry and have a lot less money!

I purchased a handful of items I was excited for my upcoming honeymoon. I placed the order the first week of February and received the items two weeks later. This was a little later than I was hoping but I still had plenty of time. Half of the items fit and i kept them, half of the items did not fit. Some too small, some too big so I went online and printed the return label and had it back in the mail less than 2 days after I received the items. This should have allowed for a full refund and I have tracked my package back to the company and it was received back in the beginning of March and I still have no received a refund for my returned items! I've waited over a month and a half for the money and I was planning to purchase new items but if I don't get my money back I will never shop from this site again. I've written 6 e-mails to their support email address and have not received a single response. Do not buy from this website if there is any chance that you need items quickly or aren't sure on sizing. SO FRUSTRATING!

Overall I do like like Fredrick's of Hollywood over VS but I just don't understand why I never see any other ethnicities on their websites modeling their line, I would very much enjoy the opportunity to see what the lingerie would like on someone that looks like me. I have beautiful chocolate skin, I am a size 0 with 32B bust, and a big part of my decision making comes from how a outfit will compliment my skin tone and my curves, but with Fredrick's I don't get that opportunity.

Size Runs Small
