Frederick's bras fan

I have been a fan of Frederick's bras since I was 13. At 63, and particularly after Covid (the era of no make-up and lounge clothes), it's like I'm working with a face and body that seems like a stranger to me. 1 of my struggles was finding a bra that works with this new older woman's body. Sad to learn the hard stores had closed, I tried Victoria secret and various other bras. No shade on VS, they make very nice bras... but they aren't Frederick's bras. Using Frederick's bras my whole life, I should note that I never experienced "sagging" till almost 60. In any case, coupled with weight loss of the Covid 50, I am stuck with both sagging and deflation. After many disappointing attempts, I decided to try the on line ordering. The two bras I ordered (at a very reasonable price as well, they have great sales) the Hollywood Heartthrob push up bras arrived today. Picture me doing a happy dance! The lift is very natural and I didn't get the "sunken shelf" effect other bras were leaving me with. I actually have firmer looking breasts, no shelf problem and great support and comfort. The love of Fredericks bras is a real thing! I hope the company makes a recovery and can bring back the hard stores of the past (although their return policy is good and previous dealing with customer service got great, quick responses).

Terrible service
June 2, 2020

I purchased 3 items that literally went on sale the very next day. I could not find an 800 # to call, so I had to submit an email. My products had just been ordered so they hadn't gone out yet for delivery. I didn't get an answer back for several days by the time I did my order had gone out, and I was basically told tough luck they won't reimburse the difference, so I'll have to return the item to get the difference which makes no sense. So I asked what I needed to do to start the return and of course I have not heard anything back that was a week ago.

The ad said that it was 60% off today, but that does not mean all day long. Their ads are deceptive as it appears the sale is for the day and not just a few outs of the day. Customer service is not helpful.

Horrible Experience
February 21, 2018

I was shipped the wrong item and was then informed the item I had paid for was no longer in stock. I had to go our of my way to ship the incorrect item back to them and am still weeks later waiting on my refund. Also, I am not getting any compensation for the shipping fees I paid to get the wrong item shipped to me. I will never order from here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

My boyfriend ordered me some lingerie for our anniversary back in late september, and it arrived on time and was in good condition. I tried it on and it didn't fit well so we decided to return it. I followed their crazy process to get the product returned. Then everything just stopped it would take the customer service a week and a half to get back to me. They would tell me one thing and it wouldn't happen. Finally i got them to "send" me a refund check late november. The problem is that it january 30th and I still haven't received the check. It should take no business 4+ months to process a refund. I will never buy from them ever again and I encourage you to do the same, there are plenty of other great lingerie shops online that take care of their customers better.

Sent the wrong order
October 30, 2017

Got an email today saying that my order had been delivered. I drive out of my way to pick it up only to find out that I was sent someone elses order Not mine! First of all I spent $50 on this order! Was my very first order ever and so far I am not liking it! I open the bag to find 3 pairs of panties for $17 and it was supposed to go to someone in Oregon. Lemme guess. They now have my bra? I am so annoyed! After looking at all these reviews I bet I will never ever see my bra. I am so saddened because I am a breast cancer survivor. 3 years ago I lost my breasts and I just recently had surgery to get them back! I was so excited to go bra shopping! I picked this bra out on the Fredericks site as my first one and now I am wondering if I will even ever see the damn thing. Ugh

I made a large purchase. Two of them items did not fit, so I returned them immediately. They received the items but have not returned my money. No answers on phone calls, no answers on emails, no answers on facebook messages. SCAM!

I ordered 3 items, which took over a month to receive, none of which fit correctly. I went to the site to request a return, and found that the return request button did not work. I sent an email. It took 2 weeks to get a response, and that was after sending a 2nd email. I asked for an RMA, they sent a link, which, also, did not work. I emailed again, twice. They said I would need to call customer service, because they "need(ed) more information about your return." I have not been able to call, because I work long hours, but, their 30 day limit has expired, so I am guessing I am just out of luck. I have never had such a difficult time receiving or returning an on-line purchase. I will never shop with Frederick's again. I am not surprised that there is no place on their site to post a review.

Poor return policy.

Since closing all their physical stores, you're forced to order lingerie online now. Sizes are diffcult to find the correct fit, which means ordering multiple sizes and returning what doesn't fit. I ordered 3 pieces and decided to return 2, paid for my own return shipping. Received my refund in about 2 weeks, but they charged me to use their return shipping label (which I never used). Had to email customer services for over a month, often times re-sending emails because I wouldn't get any response. Finally 2 months later, I was refunded the $5-6 return shipping charge. For a company that should expect returns quite frequently from customers, their process should be easier and more convenient for their customers. Wasn't extremely happy with my product purchase, either. Definitely will not be ordering from this company in the future. Too much of a hassle.

I ordered an outfit & was sent the wrong order. I called politely and asked for a reissue of my order. They emailed me a return label. They couldnt even send me my CORRECT merchandise over night. And apparently there was a big meeting yesterday with all of the supervisors so no one was available. My rep told me that her shift was ending so I needed to call back in an hour. I called back 10 minutes later and SOMEHOW a rep was able to tell me that their supervisor declined to overnight my product and that it will be $24.99 to overnight my correct merchandise. They dont put the customer first at all when they are the ones who made a mistake. I sent the package back the same day and was told that they need to see movement from Fed Ex before issuing a refund which would take about 5-7 business days. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! $

Very disappointed. First of all its been nearly a month since i placed my order and i have not received any of the items i ordered. I was really excited to receive
The minx chemise which is the main thing i wanted i only ordered the baby doll and the matching robe to get free shipping. A week goes by and im told the minx chemise is no longer in stock snd cancelled and the other 2 items had been shipped. Ok fine it happens. I was still excited about the baby doll and matching robe. 2 more weeks go by and im told the baby doll is cancelled but its matching robe is still being sent. What good is it to me without the matching babydoll to wear underneath? This is unacceptable. I should be refunded all of my money. I have no use for the robe. Now its gonna cost me time and money to return it if i want a refund for something that should of been refunded along with its matching counterpart. Worst online experience ive had so far

Terrible customer service
February 14, 2017

I placed an order on a Saturday morning. I needed the item by Tuesday night, so I paid $20 in shipping (for a bra/ panty set) to have two day shipping. I received an email Sunday stating the items had been shipped. On Tuesday when I tracked the items, it wasn't to be delivered until Wednesday! I called them and they told me they couldn't do anything about it because the order was placed on the weekend. Their web site didn't state any restrictions on their shipping, and the shipping confirmation allowed for two day shipping! Yet, "they are sorry, nothing they can do"

I ordered 4 bras from Frederick's of Hollywood, returned all 4 within the alloted time frame. I was told that they only received 3 of the 4. I told them to verify the weight of the bag with 4 bras and then the weight of the bag with only 3 and they would see that they were wrong. It took them 2 months to tell me they only verified 3 and basically said sorry there is nothing we can do to refund you the $45 (of course they lost the most expensive of the bras). No wonder this company has only online stores now. I am filing a small claims to get my money back as well as a BBB complaint!

September 8th, 2016 I returned a few items via 2 day USPS shipping back to Fredrick's of Hollywood! I've spoken to a Stacy, Christina & Laura along with sent several emails as to when I could expect to receive my refund check! No supervisor or manager will ever come to the phone or call me back. Fredrick's of Hollywood gives me the same answer every single time I've contacted them "My refund check is still be processed by the accounting department and they will email me soon with the expected date the refund check will be mailed out"! Today is January 30,2017, I still have NOT received my refund check!
My refund check should be a little over $100+ dollars yet, there is no compassion or concern on Fredrick's of Hollywood part. I feel disposable and disregarded by the lack of dishonesty that I've been given by Fredrick's of Hollywood!
This is ridiculous!

I placed an order on February 3rd and paid the $30 for next day delivery, but didn't receive my products until February 7th. This is nearly five days later! When I requested a refund on my shipping, I initially got no response. I had to e-mail the customer service department twice (gave them 8 days to respond after 1st email), before even getting a response. Brion in the customer service department told me that I couldn't get a refund, because it had arrived on time. 5 days after ordering it is NOT on time when you pay $30 for next day shipping. Terrible customer service!

Poor quality

I purchased two sets of underwear one set fit fine the other set, after trying them on for size decided to keep them only to find while wearing the underwear bottoms it was very irchy. They had used cheap hard mesh which was poorly sewn in the pattern. It made them unwearable, on same day I also wore the bra, I looked down at my blouse and realized it made me look like I had 2 breast on each side because they had made such a big push-up foam inside but not adjusted cup size up words one part pushed me up and the other pushed me up and out of the bra also unwearable. They would not return for refund even though you wouldn't know until you atually wore them of the issue, poor quality

BEWARE!

I placed an order with this company. I NEVER received my item. I called customer service multiple times. They stated it will take a few weeks to look into my claim and see why I didn't receive my item! I'm so glad I did not spend a lot. I do not expect my item or a prompt refund. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered an item online in 6-5-2021. Tracking information was provided, however the item did not arrive. I contacted customer service by email on 7-4-2021. Felicity replied with -
" We see that this package had an incorrect shipping address and was refused which has resulted in the package being returned to our warehouse.

In order to process your refund for this package, we must wait for its return. Once this has been confirmed, you will be issued a full refund minus any shipping charges. We have also waived any return fees associated. "

I confirmed the shipping address and it was completed correctly and I have not had any problems receiving packages from anyone else. So I was a bit irritated by this but I waited.

On 7-21-2021 I again contacted customer service asking about the refund and Felicity sent this reply -

" I sent you a previous email saying it was being returned back to us due to a incorrect address.
As soon as we receieve this back to us we will be able to issue you a refund, minus the shipping costs."

Now pardon me, but it has been over six weeks since I placed this order and I have not received it through no fault of my own. I am pretty angry that my money is being tied up as they wait for a return. If their tracking system is sophisticated enough to show that it is being returned as I deliverable, then I feel I should have my money back by now.

I also feel that Felicity should be doing a better job with customer service.

I would not recommend anyone order from this company. When they had stores they were great, however they have gone downhill big time since they closed their stores and are just not worth the hassle.
