Since closing all their physical stores, you're forced to order lingerie online now. Sizes are diffcult to find the correct fit, which means ordering multiple sizes and returning what doesn't fit. I ordered 3 pieces and decided to return 2, paid for my own return shipping. Received my refund in about 2 weeks, but they charged me to use their return shipping label (which I never used). Had to email customer services for over a month, often times re-sending emails because I wouldn't get any response. Finally 2 months later, I was refunded the $5-6 return shipping charge. For a company that should expect returns quite frequently from customers, their process should be easier and more convenient for their customers. Wasn't extremely happy with my product purchase, either. Definitely will not be ordering from this company in the future. Too much of a hassle.
