I placed an order for multiple items and when I got my order in it was missing an item and all of the lingerie was too small. I reached out to customer service via e-mail and they responded 2 days later and asked for additional information so they can look into it. I responded with all of the information and 4 days go by and I heard nothing, so I resend the e-mail with all of the information. The next day I decided to call the customer service department and I called half an hour before they close. I was waiting to speak with someone for 45 minutes when all of a sudden I hear a message saying that I called after business hours and I have to call back and it hung up on me. I called again 6 days later because I had still heard absolutely nothing from them and I was told that they are unable to issue a refund, that they can reship the item or they can issue store credit. I don't want them to reship the item because everything else in my order the sizing was WAY off, but it was all clearance items so I wasn't able to return them, so I didn't want them to reship, I just wanted my money back. They said their policy states they can not issue a refund, they can only reship or give store credit. Yet nowhere on their website does it say anything about ONLY issuing store credit, especially since it hasn't even been 30 days since my order. So they messed up and didn't send me my full order and I'm being punished for it. This is horrible customer service! I've been a long time customer of them and have placed a couple hundred dollars worth of orders in just the past month and this is how I'm treated! I will never order from them again. I am extremely disappointed.
I used to love this company because they supported all sizes. Now they no longer carry plus sizes, so they will no longer get my money.
Frederick use to be my favorite store for Bra's I have recommended Several people to their stores and website UNTIL NOW! The bra's I always get the quality has gone completely down and they are sizes smaller now like they are made in China, I returned all 3 bra's after having to call customer service for 3 times for an RMA number I finally got one and I talked to a woman who said she was the manager I explained that I didn't have tag's for 2 of the bras would this effect my refund she said no well they recieved the items over 2 weeks ago and I haven't recieved a refund AT ALL I have called customer service 5 TIMES and they are always looking into it well today I was told I would be issued a store credit on the 2 bra's and refunded on the 1 in the package AFTER ALL THIS the last thing I want is any of their stuff. They still proceeded to take 5.95 for shipping & handling off my refund when I said for the trouble I think they should waive that they said no I asked what they intend to do to compesate me for all my trouble and grief basicallly nothing they escalated my concerns I sure into the waste basket THIS COMPANY I USE TO LOVE IS NOW GARBAGE AND THERE PRODUCTS ARE NOT QUALITY ANYMORE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE PEOPLE WORKING OUT OF THEIR HOMES WHO DON'T REALLY CARE THEY JUST WANT YOU OFF THE PHONE! Ok, I have always been a loyal customer to Fredericks. Refer all of my friends to buy there bras because they are great, for full-size breast.So here lies the issue, I purchased a bra in June 2015, order the wrong size by mistake. Received the package within a timely manner as always. But, when I returned it, I did an exchange on the returned label.So about in July I called about my exchange. 1. If you placed an order before June 13th you will not get a refund, or exchange, its merchandise credit ONLY! And it's all because of the new takeover. 2. It took me 35 mins on a weds in July to talk to customer service. 3. They couldn't find my order, or return, because they didn't have the old system any more, so it took them awhile. After they found my order, they never found my return, so they "forward" my information to the warehouse to find it. Then took my email address and said after the warehouse finds my return, I will receive a merchandise credit. 4. As of today August 17th, I called C. S. and waited 45mins before I spoke with C.S.and they repeated the same thing as last month. That's when I asked to speak to a supervisor. She apologized over and over with no new solutions. And didn't have my notes from last month because they just got another new system... WHAT THA #!? So she was telling me that they don't have my return. So I told them they lost it, cus I sent it back with Fredericks return label. To wrap it up, she finally took an extra step, and backed tracked my order and found my return, and guess what?. Forward it back to the warehouse and I'm waiting for an email again for my credit... we shall see. Because I still don't believe it. It's been 2months no credit. This customer service never been this bad. I wish I didn't have to get credit I want my money back, and don't have to deal with them for awhile until they get it together. If they ever do. Because they're so backed up and not organized.
I ordered four items, three bras and a babydoll piece. Two days after the order, they send me an automated message that they do not have one of the bras in stock, despite it having been listed as in stock on the website. 9 days after the order, I finally get a shipping notice, saying they are sending it to DHL. DHL has not received it. I check every day, and it has been over a week since Fredericks posted that the items are going to be shipped, that they have a printed DHL label, but no word otherwise. Today is December 10th. We placed the order November 25th. I contacted customer service twice through the website, no reply. I called the number, where they left me on hold for 40 minutes. Without warning, they autoanswer the call with a message that it is not normal hours for their store, and that I should call back during business hours. THEY LET ME ON HOLD FOR NEARLY AN HOUR TO DECIDE THAT THEY WERE GOING TO JUST DROP MY CALL. I will be cancelling my order via my credit card. I will never order from Fredericks again. Never again. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
Answer: Hi Mary, Nothing matches Fredericks's for their bras at the least. They still operate through an on line store at https://www.fredericks.com/. I just got my first order on line and I am totally happy with it and the customer service. If you sign up, you will get notifications of sales and use the online best price options: honey, coupert, edge shopping, etc. for added savings and it ends up pretty reasonable. I bought 2 Hollywood Heartthrob push up bras, retail $44.50 each. On sale $20 each, shipping cost (free over a certain amount) but edge took care of that with a coupon so final price was $38.55 total. Good luck. I am a reaffirmed lover of Frederick's, but I do hope the company does well enough to bring back that stores to our brave new world we live in.;-)
