I can't say much about the products they sell since I'm still waiting for my order. I received another customer's order instead of the one I placed. I contacted customer service to find out what the process was. They requested I send a picture of the receipt of the wrong order and the tracking number. I sent that to them and heard nothing. 3 days later I sent another ticket in with a summary of what happened and the information requested. They responded the next day saying I didn't need that information and they sent me a label to return the items. I responded to find out when to expect my actual order. No response. (getting frustrated now) I sent a less than happy response saying that I would like my order sent out immediately or just refund me. They responded with please ship back the original order and we will ship out yours. Totally legit, but would have been nice to know the game plan FROM THE BEGINNING... anyways. I let them know that I had dropped it off that day. Since then, no response.
