Your package arrived to us with the weight of1.72 kg and dimensions of 31x31x21 cm. The volumetric weight is 4.04 kg. The cost of shipping is generally calculated by the amount of space that your shipment occupies, rather than the actual weight. This is called the volumetric weight. All couriers (examples: DHL and TNT) use the volumetric weight to calculate their shipping prices. However, if the actual weight is more than this volumetric weight then the shipping price is calculated using this actual weight. The volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight so the shipping fees are calculated on the higher volumetric weight for your shipment.

Forward2me has been a great discovery. I've spent more than a year trying to buy this UK product (a particular brand of hand sanitizing gel, impossible to find in other countries) and nobody would send it to me in Italy.
Customer service has been so helpful and answered all my questions. The shipping was so quick and the packaging was perfect. I will definitely use this service in the future.

In short: Customer service not replying for four days. At the same time, due dates are set for just seven days. Furthermore, costs related to other parties faults/responsibilities, that is couriers or senders, are shifted to me, the recipient. That feels like extortion really. Either I pay for the errors and faults of others (couriers, senders), or my package is refused.
Due to all this I denied paying these extra costs. Eventually, eBay purchases of vintage items no longer made these days got lost and disposed by Royal Mail. That is a complete flop and should be of interest to a business calling itself forwarding service. Your processes need improvement.
Forwar2me is asking me to pay fees using online services which do not work for residents abroad. I reported multiple times. In vain, nothing happens. Thank you for nothing.
I would not have given any star. I am forced to select at least one.

We also want to advise that for any incoming parcels, whether postage unpaid or duties unpaid, it is important for customers to be aware that these fees are their responsibility and must be settled before the parcels arrive at our warehouse. This helps avoid any delays in receiving goods at our facilities.

Packaging takes more time when multiple items are loaded together. Shipping costs are expensive.
When multiple packages are loaded together, the accessories of each package get mixed up and cannot be sorted.

The process worked ordering the item and it was delivered to my Forward2Me address in Germany.
I chose UPS as the courier as they said it would be delivered to my address in England in 3-5 working days. It actually took double that time. It seemed to spend a week in Poland.
I cannot hold Forward2Me responsible for the delay.
