I want to say that Focalprice is one of the best wholesale pages on the whole internet. I am from Chile and when you want to buy from the internet, you always do with some distrust because of the thiefs. Well that doesn't happened to me. The products are very good quality and at a low price, even lower than here in chile actually. Even though the shipping always get delayed. I generally got my items at home as soon as they can. The company is always at your service and redy to give an answer when it's needed. I have never been disappointed about it.
Keep going that way Focalprice!

Focalprice is a AWESOME page to buy a lot of things, there are original items and very cheap things. The service is really fast, if you send a mensaje, the answer is always kindly and really useful.
I think that the best thing is the shipping, is secure, fast and specially, it's free. I do a lot of orders, and all arrives here without problems.

I'm happy because I save a lot of money and I'm the envy of my friends with my fashion products, I really recomend this page, is the best!

Bad experience when having a tecnical problem. I have got a cell phone (good money), Since first days I bought it, it is not working well. After a week dealing with FP They want me to send back the cell phone (I will pay for it) and they will return me a new one, but they say they are not responsible at all if the cell phone in lost in transit. Where is the warranty? I did my part, I pay, no fake. FP has cheated on me.

I buyed about 10 times on the site, support is good, send fast as they can, one time they are without stock of a phone and send me another similar product, I can recommend focalprice, they try to do their best to make a good deal on each product.

Updated 21/aug/13: received a tablet that on description says "SANEI N70.etc... GPS... etc" and when comes my surprise was that it not have GPS! I'm on RMA to see if I up this again to 4 stars if they accept that they made a mistake and send me a correct tablet or a external gps to make it work as they promoted...

You can find good equipment at low prices. Service is quick and excellent.
Even when there is a problem with an ordered item, customer services are quick to respond and replace or refund if necessary

I want to share my very unpleasant experience dealing with Focalprice vendor humin.lu. His site announced one day deal for selling 100 items for $ 1.00. I ordered the package the day, and received confirmation. However, the package was sent three weeks later, when even mention of the deal disappeared from the site, and I got only one item.
Now, I want to emphasize, I am not complaining about monetary loss. I am talking about fair sales practices. I contacted the vendor, and he denied that such deal was ever offered. So he changed the price AFTER my order was placed and accepted and didn't bother to notify me. Our communication did not bring any agreement. I want to warn(possible customers, customer service, site administration) about fraudulent practice, complete disrespect to customers and utter disregard to all rules of fair sales practice.
Also, in the past there have been several similar cases (such as with a smartphone etc). I supposed now that this is not an accident but a deliberate policy of this site
Of course, I will never buy from him again and will recommend not to deal with the Focalprice to everybody I know.
You can clearly see that item is referred to as "100 pieces for only 0.01 " in their own invoice.

I have an account on FocalPrice since a couple years ago and I'm very happy. I have bought several products (worth around U$1.500) from cell phones to health and care and toys. I have found the weirdest and coolest things on the site.
Until now, they have never let me down on any of my purchases. Usually the items I buy get sent in time and they arrive when expected (It's around a 20 days wait) Sometimes, very rare, the items are not in stock... but they let me know about the issue and offer different ways of solving it (wait for re-stock, refund in the form of a coupon for the total amount, etc). Even in the one or two cases that the items were not 100% functional, they answered my questions quickly and gave me discount coupons.
I have even went as far as trying their "Drop-Shipping" feature, and has worked really great. I can send gifts to my friends and family living in other countries, directly from FocalPrice to their homes... and with free shipping! That alone, for me, is invaluable.

COMPLETE SCAM. I could not sign up for an account - after placing an order. The error message kept saying the passwords don't match - after entering 15+ times. You cannot contact them without an order no. And you cannot get an order no. Without registering. The LIVE CHAT doesn't work. They virtually have NO customer service. Such a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunate that they shed a negative light on all Chinese companies. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
