Focalprice

I have bought almost 30 times in focalprice and am very satisfied with the service quality, if there have been any problem they have solved it as soon as possible with their best, and if they cannot solve it you get a full refund of your money or a coupon.
Usually items arrive home in 2 or 3 weeks since payment with free shipping, or between 7 and 10 calendar days with DHL, and the best of all is that untill now I neved had any problem with customs.

I stopped using it almost 2 years ago, they cheated me, do no tbuy there, there are a lot of better sites with better same or prices, and the things got broken so easy

Ordered a tablet on this site, it said it would be here by christmas. My daughter asked me if santa was real, i told her that if he brought her the doc mcstuffins bag and tablet that she asked him for he is real. I got the doc mcstuffins bag from toys r us, it was under the tree. I wrote my daughter a letter from santa stating that the tablet was dropped out of the sleigh when rudolph sneezed because the tablet still had not arrived. Thanks to focal price my daughter(6) doesnt believe in santa. Its 12/31/2013 and its still not here.

I do not trust Focalprice anymore because:
1- I ordered only articles registered as ' in stock. Shipped within 24 hours ' but they did not.
2- After a week i contacted Focalprice to ask about it and they gave me a fake tracking number RC**********CN which never worked.
3- Two weeks later i contacted again and they gave me that time another tracking number RU*********CH which also did not worked the same day.
4- When i track the shipping on swisspost.ch i see that thebshipping is registered as ' mailed on 14 dec 2013 ' which means Focalprice was lying about posting date.
I see also that its posted from Hongkong but who knows where is the destination of the shipping because there is nothing about the destination of shipping.
5- i am fed up of those lies and waitings. So i asked my money back. But until now no answer. So just stay away

I have ordered few times already from focalprice and have to say, so long i got perfect items for my money.
Ex: the sunglasses were perfect last time, not to mention they are 100% UV protected, bringed it for a check. Also the iphone 4 case fits like a charm, haven't found a better one yet.
Shipping time is also fine, got my items within 10 work days all the time, thats pretty good compared to other sites.
So all in one, fast delivery, nice items, and overall very cheap compared to our country.

Don't be fooled.
This shop is now nothing more than a cheater. I made a few orders last year and they were delivered.
But that's not working now!
I made two orders this August. After I paid them - orders went into Paid&Unshipped state. Few days later I noticed they are at Invalid state. After contacting support I received reply that they don't have my items in stock. They cancelled my orders and promised to return money. After one week I asked them - when?
And they answered - we are not going to return money. Simply!
I had to go through PayPal dispute and then claims. PayPal restored my money but that took time and nerves.
NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

I bought the GD IPPO Y88 tablet, but got a tablet with lower specifications instead. The website said it is dual core 1.5Ghz. I got dual core 1032 Mhz. They advertised rear camera 1.3 mega pixel. I got rear camera 0.3 mega pixels. Instead of Screen Resolution 1024 x 600, I got 800 x 430. The tablet ended up being more expensive than the UK (for the specifications I received)

Also, the tablet's ac adapter stopped working within a month and I am using a friend's charger. The tablet's battery is failing and lasts only 10 minutes after a full charge, and that is after 38 days of use! I wasted £40 and they are not responding to my emails.

Please do not buy from them, there is no warranty on goods from China and you end up paying more. They lie and send you much lower specification products than they advertise making them more expensive than UK retailers.

I order a tablet from them and they wrote on the site that they send it from 03 - 23/12 free express shipping. When i make my order i send them a message that asked them how many days is that free express shipping and they answered me in some hours that they dont know something about that offer. I was upset and i told them to cancel my order and take me my money back. They responsed almost immediately and they told me ok and after 3 days they gave me my money back.

Excellent store, the products of this website are a great choice for those who are looking excellent price and an excellent product, the deliver is very fast and always receive the orders that i paid, the quality of the products is amazing, the same of the original products. Thanks for all Focalprice, excellent team, their customer service is very nice, very gently and focus, excellent products for the best price. For sure I will purchase again from this website. Is for this reason and so many other that Focalprice is the best choice to buy online, secure and thusty.

I make a list of 10 reasons to don´t buy in focal price:

1 - The products don´t have quality. I receive a broken phone.

2 - The products take a lot of time to arrive (I am waiting by 3 months for a functional phone).

3 - If you have problems with the product, to have your money back have to send the item to china. Normal, but you have to pay 70% of sending cost, even if the fault is them.

4 - Focal price take a lot of time to respond too messages.

5 - They receive the money and only after this, say to you that don´t have the product in stock.

6 - The comments, rantings and videos don´t are real. I post a comment, rating and a video and don´t be aproved by them. They select the information that show in the website.

7 - The live chat don´t work.

8 - Most of the products they don´t have in stock and don´t ship in 3 days like say in the webite.

9 - Don´t meet the delivery deadlines.

10 - If your phone is broken, focalprice tell you to pay more for new one.
