In my experience with this wholesale website, i have to say that it's great.
Their service is fast, they ship the orders as fast as they can to provide good service and give confidence to the customer.
For example, i bought some invisible ink pens, and they shipped my order within hours. I have made a few questions to their RMA and not only they answered quickly, even better, giving me a solution!
Their RMA is excellent, they answer all your questions very fast and always, always try to solve your problem. They do pay attention to your inquiries.
The products they offer are made of the best quality. You get always the item as described and in good conditions too.
They have everything you are looking for, so if you have to buy something, first find it in this site.

Very incorrect dealers! They sold me 10 LED lamps, in the description was written "50 000 hours life". But all the lamps burned after 3 months. I asked for a refund. They began to ask me different things and nothing happens for 5 months. When I made a video and showed them that all the lams are not working, they proposed me a coupon for 1/3 of the money. I refused and asked for a full refund. Now for the last 2 months I asked them "what happens with the refund" multiple times and they are not responding!

I'm from Venezuela. My experience has been exceptional with FocalPrice. They have a very good customer service policy. They respond very quickly and favorably. The product quality is very good and excellent prices. I compared the prices of their products to other stores and ONLINE FocalPrice has the best. I am located far away from the cities where your products shipped and arrive in about thirty days, on average. Many confiaza and secure ordering. Highly recommend them for their customer service and quality care and products.

I have purchased a few tablets from focal price over the last few months. And can say the prices are good and the quality also good. There are cheaper tablets on the market, but with Focal price the service and delivery is excellent. I have never had to wait longer than a week for delivery from China to the UK. I have had a couple of faulty units, but got to say the customer service is excellent and they have replaced the units without any problems.

Ordered an item 12/4/13 for a Christmas present. Today is 12/28 and it still has not arrived. The tracking number they give you does not work. You have no idea who the shipper is to try and track it manually. I have received one e-mail from FP and it had no information about shipping. On 12/27 when I clicked the tracking button on the my order section it FINALLY shows UPS in New York has my item. I did not save anything by ordering this item from FP. I only ordered because I get points through Hilton Honors shopping site. Will NEVER order from FP again and neither should you. I would have gladly paid $5 in shipping to get my item before Christmas.

I am an informatics engineer and I usually shop online to buy a lot of computer components and electronic devices I always need. Amongst all the sites I frequent, focalprice is at the top of my list.

You can find really good offers and products, and the prices are quite low.

The best this website has though, by far, is the costumer service.
All this shopping sites have one, but focalprice has the best one. They answer really quick, offer very personalized solutions, are very nice and always solve your problems without hundreds of questions and checkings.
I rarely have problems with focalprice, but whenever something happens (usually because of my local post office failures) I can quickly solve it thanks to them.

I definitely recommend it.

F*** THIS PLACE. I received an email almost 2 weeks ago saying that my order was processed. OK... so I waited for my stuff... 2 weeks later I get an email, "Your item has been shipped." WOW REALLY! Now I have to wait another 2 weeks?! F Focal!

If you live in Hong Kong, I am certain this company is terrific.

For those of us in the USA, RUN... don't walk away from this company. They charged and shipped to me IGNORING my REPEATED request to cancel an order. Then they offered a $2 discount coupon for their errors. All this for the canceled purchase of a measly $15 item. Their solution for refunding me my money: wait until the item is delivered to me in the U.S. (40 days); return it to them (another 40 days) and they will process my refund!

Oy vey!

This is the WORST online shopping experience I have had in my life time!

I ordered a $23 "Mesh Design WII to HDMI Conversion Cable" from focalprice.com on 12/25/2012 which is used to connect Wii to TV. I received it on 1/4/2013, but it did not work. I contacted focalprice.com the same day. They requested that I send photos to prove that it is not working which I did right away. They responded by saying that they would make a decision soon. I didn't hear from them for more than 2 weeks until I send another email requesting a refund and threatening that if the issue is not resolved I will dispute the transaction. Since then we have exchanged multiple emails. In their emails they suggested a few way to fix it such as having it repaired in local store, offering me a coupon, resending me a new one, etc. This has been my worst online shopping experience.
