I have brought items from this website before. They have been in existence for quite some time. You will get your item but it WILL TAKE MONTHS before you get it. It seems to have gotten worst recently. Items will show that it is available but when you actually ordered it, it is not available. (You find out later when your order is still not shipped). They keep claiming that because they are the cheapest, items run our quick. I have strong reservation about ordering from them again. Be careful.

This site very much even correct and fair. 2 years work with this site. The personnel very polite and competent of questions of sold production when it is necessary always you receive full information and answers to all questions in time and quickly. Quality goods offered on this site. From small minuses it is possible to celebrate delivery period... but it welcome at all wines of a site and more carrier. Very big product range which is very often updated. The work service with clients resolves all issues very quickly and qualitatively. Convenient process of search of goods and its payment. Timely replacement and defective goods repair that is very important.

I ordered 280 compasses. Out of that batch, 11 were defective. I tried to contact the company to get some replacements shipped. They sent instructions for me to get a return shipping label. I tried to follow those instructions unsuccessfully. They said I would have to pay to ship the defective pieces back to China before I could get replacement compasses shipped. I gave up, so I was not happy with my shopping experience. I will shop elsewhere next time.

I had over 100 orders from focalprice for over a 1000 dollar total in about 2 years, Completely reliable. My experiences: 2 times I didn't receive the parcel, put a request and they have sent another. 1 time I ordered a mp4, which broke in a few weeks, bad battery. Choice to sent it back or deposit 10 dollar to get a new one. (sounds reasonable to me) the new one is o. K. Once I ordered 3 remotes from which 2 didn't work. After request I could choose for resending or a coupon. So in my experience with focalprice is 100% reliable. But you have to be aware: very low price means lesser quality. But sometimes it's surprisingly good.

The best site of its kind
Every day Focalprice is enriched with new products in its catalog, and now with a new layout simpler and faster. I know Focalprice for a year and a half and I have ordered several times and several products on the site. Find everything and a good price, and when my friends see my new gadgets, often ask me to buy them for them. This month I bought a tablet of 9 "with the best features, and comparing the product on other websites or in other stores, I have not found anything close to that price. Obviously as soon as I talked about my new tablet to my friends, one of them wanted to order a tablet for him :) Usually shipments to Italy employ a total of 20-25 days to arrive. Unfortunately I still have not received the product because it stopped at customs. I hope to receive it as soon as possible and to prove it.

I have ordered several items from this online store. I live in South America and at first i was worried with the first order i wade (a Phablet), because i thought that if it got lost i would lose my money due to a bad service. Then, for my surprise, the Phablet arrived a couple days earlier than expected in perfect condition (including the box) AND was a High Quality item too. So the they ship fast and the items are really worth the money you pay.
Another example: the last order i made had a functional problem, I asked via RMA message and now they are sending me another one with tracking number for free.

I'm a FP customer since Feb 2011, I have 7 orders 400+ USD. I always pay by PayPal.

All orders comes in Russia in appropriate time (3-4 weeks), one item was broken and after RMA I got full compensation for new orders. All orders above 20 USD has a tracking number.

I always read customers review for products before buy. FP never remove negative reviews - it very helpful to avoid poor products. Moreover, FP rewards a customers for reviews.

To get a lowest price I do check every 1-2-3 days special offers like "daily" and "lighting" deals.

I am very satisfied with FocalPrice.
They have a very efficient "customer relations" service, they answer very quickly, they give you advices and instructions, and they fix any problems.
If you want "speed and efficiency" it is at FocalPrice that you have to give your confidence.
