Horrible company. Deals to good to be true. I placed an order and then messaged 3x to cancel before it was packed to ship out. Per company policy I should've received a refund but 2 of the replies were dodging the request by requesting further info to better assist me and one message said the products ad been shipped and gave me an invalid tracking number. I've now messaged 5x and I'm still waiting for a response to my dispute on requesting order cancellation/refund in sufficient time. No toll free customer service number, live chat doesn't work and legal email instructs customers not to send emails about their orders, which screams volumes! STAY AWAY FROM FOCALPRICE!

I've used this company on and off for a few years, and shipment to the UK has always taken ages. But recently items have been weeks before being shipped and I've been sent emails saying that shipment methods have been changed even though previous emails have said that items were already on their way.
Recently I've been told that my credit card might be stolen and that I need to scan both sides of my credit card and email the photos to them to prove I own it! This is clearly not required and they should not be asking for this. If ever you are asked to do this, walk away. You would open yourself up to fraudulent use of your card which your bank will not refund if you willingly provide the details to someone!
Ordering via Paypal seems to be the only way to get goods from this company, but most recently I have been sent the wrong or faulty goods. I believe that this is on purpose as they know that returning items from the UK is too expensive to be feasible. Their returns policy is completely worthless.
I will never ever use this company again. Do not be tempted by the low prices as you will pay in the end.

It's hard for me to even give this company one star. Although it was easy to place an order everything from that point on was a horror. For one, they sent the two games I ordered in a plain un; padded envelope (from China). There was no was no protection for the packages which arrived squashed. When I complained, the co more or less told me too bad. If I wanted to get a refund, I had to send the packages back at my expense to China. I contacted Paypal and told them of my experience. Within the next few days, I will hear from them but i have been assured that they will credit my account since Focalprice dild not fulfill their obligation to send the products unharmed. NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE.

I ordered a smart phone (Ulefone be touch 2 which cost $229) and a smart watch which cost $33 (Total = $263) on the 31st of July 2015 with order number FPTZARH9D8T9. Was meant to be fast shipping with tracking number. Tracking number was not sent to me till 1 month. When I tracked, it showed that parcel has been returned to sender(FocalPrice) for unsuccessful delivery. I have contacted FocalPrice to resend my items or refund over 20 times and all they kept saying was be patient. I sent them the screen capture (attached here) which confirms that I did not get any parcel and that it was returned. Now they turn around to say they cannot refund because it has been long. See pictures my complaint to them. I have bought several things from other sites and they all delivered to the same address that FocalPrice claimed they couldn't deliver to.
This just shows that they are FRAUDSTERS & are currently running a SCAM. Do not buy from them as they can not be trusted and only take your money.

On friday I wrote would do another review after products arrived. Yesterday afternoon all arrived in perfect condition. Packaging was probably tough enough to withstand someone hitting it with a baseball bat. First was in a plastic package, DHL and on the inside of that was the box with both Asus A500KL and the flip view cover which had bubble wrap against it. Turned on phone immediately and battery condition was about half charged.
Remember if you buy the flip view cover, you must remove the original back cover and then put A500KL inside. Contrary to what many sites say about updating to Android 5.0 immediately, is incorrect. You must first update to 11. 4. 6 before updating to 12. 4. 5. 31 which is Android 5.0(Lolipop). Phone is not acceptable for Tracfone services, but equally inexpensive can use Ting. Will need a sim card for any network services you decide on.
Main point, FocalPrice.com did what they were supposed to do, correctly and professionally. All was as described in their product descriptions and am very pleased with their service and the unit, I now own.

As long as everything is OK, so no problems
Once they sent me a defective product, the store starts to answer, regardless of content.
Both times when i encountered problems with their products, they tried to do everything they can to shake of the warranty, that include assking me to take pic of the product, the to take a video of them(hey, this isnt an Aviation Accident Investigation)

Both times I had to ask for help from paypal and both times paypal found my complaints justified

In short, recommends you to think twice before buying, if you will get defective product or will not get it at all, no one will solve it for you.
