I ordered 21th of April a tablet and paid extra for fast delivery, untill now I have'nt received anything at all, first the told me EMS would not be in Holland, well EMS is all over the world in 117 countries, also in Holland and otherwise they can use DHL or FedEx, still not send and I have daily contact with this company, but they never give me a answer where I'm happy with! Also, they asked my creditcard and after I have done this(stupid me) they said, it was'nt necessary anymore. I have paid by PayPal
So I can get my money back,( I hope) but Focalprice, it's not the best and first price for me anymore!

Definitely Focalprice is one of the best Store of China electronics products. I recommend widely that Store; my experience is so far so good. I have bought more than 2400 USD especially tablets pc and smartphones in 12 orders, reaching the VIP Silver level. The variety of products that you can find is wide and every day you can discover something new. I value highly the quality of products because all that I bought is in excellent condition, everything went good without having to claim guarantees, due to my good experience I understand that Focalprice selects the best products and tests it before shipment, giving me the tranquility to continue buying with confidence.

The delivery speed is good to my country Colombia because Focalprice uses Hong Kong Post and it is good for me, approximately 15 days to arrive to my home. Another thing that increases the time for delivery is my VIP Silver level and as a benefit provides me an expedite shipping time.

I hope to continue buying in Focalprice, really highly recommended.

I bought a Tablet in this site. I had a great experience, every questions was answered quickly, the contact with the store is great. My product was delivered as promised and arrived sooner than I was expecting. The package is very good an my tablet arrived intact. The quality of the tablet is better than I imagine, The speed is amazing ant the quality of the touch screen is perfect and the screen resolutin is 4K wonderful. The price of the product is very atractive and I got a discount coupom too, so it w2as very cheap and the best part is that the freight is for free. The FocalPrice site is very easy to use, had everything I wanted and i could find it very quickly and to pay is easy to, it's possible to pay with credit card, pay pal and the best way to me was the Boleto, because i don't have a valid credit card.

I ordered a tablet for my 82yr old mother with failing eyesight so I could oad free call apps to make calling her family living overseas easier to call. The time and date were set for China and couldn't be altered and after installing some apps, was no longer able to scroll though the screen - not helpful with a touch screen!
Prior to the scrolling function failing, I sent a complaint to them initially about the wrong connection for the UK and they sent a new one for Europe - so helpful!, which they replaced quickly - good! I then added to this message to say the product was faulty. They asked me to send GBP 15 as it would be quicker than returning - Really?! I have to pay extra to get a new unit to replace a faulty unit they sent!
I have had no reply, just logged into my account to find that all previous messages and the RMA has been removed.
Would I buy from them again? - not a hope in hell's chance!
Lesson learned - never buy cheap products and always check the reliability of the company you are dealing with!

I ordered a smartphone from this company (Meizu M2) and paid for express delivery, the item took 3 weeks to arrive (longer than I paid for), and when it did, it was ridden with adverts and viruses, and their customer support couldn't care at all.

The OS was full of intrusive adverts, and when I managed to run a virus scan on this, it showed stock apps to be a trojan and others to be adware. I was also redirected in the web browser on a regular basis to scam websites. Also, there were Chinse phone calls in the phone log despite this being advertised as new.

When I reached out to focalprice for support on this, they asked me to send screenshots, which I did, and they then said this was a new phone, not used, effectively saying I was lying. I told them I was not happy, and they said I should post it back, but that I had to pay postage, and if it got misplaced in transit they would not refund me, which with them saying this up front, tells me they're never going to give me a refund.

Absolute disgrace, and I would never buy from this company.

I ordered to Spain worth 182 euros on October 25 and an extra payment for it to arrive in three days. A week sent a message and was told to be patient, that problems of bad weather and seasonal alta.Un month later I still have not received anything and tell me that is an agency with the wrong direction.
Previously ordered a phone and everything was fine. It's luck, if there is the slightest problem, things became very complicated.
Hice un pedido a España por valor de 182 euros el día 25 de Octubre y un pago extra para que llegara en tres días. A la semana envié un mensaje y me dijeron que tuviera paciencia, que problemas de mal tiempo y de temporada alta.Un mes después todavía no he recibido nada y me dicen que está en una agencia con la dirección equivocada.
Pedí anteriormente un teléfono y todo fue bien. Es cuestión de suerte, si hay el más mínimo problema, la cosa se complica mucho.

I bought a car media player that was supposed to have a DVB-T on it. Instead they send me one that had normal TV which is not applicable in Cyprus as there are no analogue broadcasting here. Then i submitted an RMA and after 3 months they agreed to send me an external DVB-T to connect to the media player (with extra antennas remotecontrols and not much space under the unit to be installed). They send me one and it doesn't function with HD TV as it is not real DVB-T! So end story they send me too many bad things that i had to throw on a shelf and buy a proper media player from another seller. I contact them again about the DVB-T and they asked me to send it back to "replace" it! Well, it was not broken! It just didn't do what it was supposed to do. False advertising is called. Then they offered me 100 dollars (that is how much VAT i paid for to get their equipment into the country). So I wasted around 350 Euro and I have nothing! I keep contacting them for 1 and half year now and they still wont accept to send me what I originally paid for and they do not want to pay for postage and tax to send their equipment back. Do not buy from them. Not only they advertise falsely, not only they have nobody in RMA who knows about computers, they are also totally dishonest about fixing their shortcomings.
